羥基鐵柱撐蒙脫石對慶大霉素的吸附性能

【摘要】:以蒙脫石K10為原料,制備出OH/Fe摩爾比分別為0.6、0.8、1.0、1.5和2.0的系列羥基鐵柱撐蒙脫石吸附劑(OH/Fe蒙脫石),比較它們對慶大霉素的吸附能力,研究pH值和時(shí)間等因素對OH/Fe蒙脫石吸附慶大霉素的影響規(guī)律,并分析吸附機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:柱撐OH/Fe蒙脫石對慶大霉素吸附量從低到高依次為K10(33.3 mg/g)、0.6 OH/Fe(43.4 mg/g)、0.8 OH/Fe(44.8 mg/g)、1.0 OH/Fe(56.0 mg/g)、2.0 OH/Fe(64.8 mg/g)、1.5 OH/Fe(71.9 mg/g),OH/Fe摩爾比為1.5時(shí)吸附量最大,達(dá)到K10的2倍以上,符合Freundlich吸附等溫線。柱撐蒙脫石對慶大霉素的吸附在3 h內(nèi)接近吸附平衡,并且吸附量隨pH值的增加而顯著增加,吸附可用偽二階動力學(xué)方程描述。吸附量增大主要?dú)w功于柱撐后蒙脫石層間距增大,陽離子交換是慶大霉素進(jìn)入蒙脫石的主導(dǎo)機(jī)制,表面配位的化學(xué)吸附也是另一種輔助機(jī)制,同時(shí)羥基鐵柱撐蒙脫石吸附慶大霉素后柱撐結(jié)構(gòu)易坍塌。
[Abstract]:The montmorillonite K10 as raw materials, preparation of OH/Fe molar ratio was 0.6,0.8,1.0,1.5 and 2 respectively. The series of hydroxyl Fe pillared montmorillonite adsorbent (OH/Fe montmorillonite), comparing them to gentamicin adsorption capacity, the influence of pH value and time on the adsorption of montmorillonite OH/Fe gentamicin, and adsorption mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the pillared OH/Fe the adsorption capacity of montmorillonite on gentamicin from low to high order K10 (33.3 mg/g), 0.6 OH/Fe (43.4 mg/g), 0.8 OH/Fe (44.8 mg/g), 1 OH/Fe (56 mg/g), 2 OH/Fe (64.8 mg/g), 1.5 OH (71.9 /Fe mg/g), OH/Fe = 1.5 the maximum adsorption amount, up to K10 more than 2 times, with Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The adsorption of Pillared Montmorillonite on gentamicin within 3 h close to the adsorption equilibrium and adsorption increased with pH value increased, the adsorption available pseudo two order kinetic equation could describe the adsorption capacity increases. Mainly due to post pillared interlayer spacing increases, cation exchange is the dominant mechanism of gentamicin into montmorillonite, chemical adsorption surface coordination is another auxiliary mechanism, while the hydroxyl iron pillared montmorillonite pillared structure after gentamicin adsorption is easy to collapse.
