電化學(xué)氧化法去除電解錳渣中的氨氮

【摘要】:電解錳渣中含有大量的氨氮嚴(yán)重破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境.實(shí)驗采用化學(xué)氧化法去除電解錳渣中的氨氮.通過X射線衍射(XRD)、X射線熒光分析(XRF)以及可見分光光度計等檢測方法,分析了電解錳渣處理前后的結(jié)構(gòu)和成分,研究了電化學(xué)氧化法處理錳渣中氨氮的工藝條件.結(jié)果表明,存在于電解錳渣中含量較高的錳離子優(yōu)先在極板上發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng),生成的二氧化錳對氨氮的氧化具有抑制作用.通過碳酸鈉固化錳離子后,在氯離子濃度為200 mg·L~(-1)、電壓為20 V、pH值為7的實(shí)驗條件下,電解錳渣中起始濃度為203.06 mol·L~(-1)的氨氮在180 min內(nèi)完全去除.
[Abstract]:A large amount of ammonia nitrogen in electrolytic manganese slag seriously damages the ecological environment. The chemical oxidation method is used to remove ammonia nitrogen from electrolytic manganese slag. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) and visible spectrophotometer are used to detect the ammonia nitrogen in electrolytic manganese slag. The structure and composition of electrolytic manganese slag before and after treatment were analyzed, and the process conditions of treating ammonia nitrogen in manganese slag by electrochemical oxidation method were studied. The results showed that manganese ions with high content in electrolytic manganese slag preferentially oxidized on the electrode plate. The manganese dioxide produced can inhibit the oxidation of ammonia nitrogen. After solidifying manganese ion with sodium carbonate, the concentration of chlorine ion is 200 mg 路L ~ (-1), the voltage is 20 V ~ (-1) and pH value is 7, when the concentration of chlorine ion is 200 mg 路L ~ (-1), and the voltage is 20 V ~ (-1). Ammonia nitrogen with initial concentration of 203.06 mol 路L ~ (-1) in electrolytic manganese slag was completely removed within 180 min.
