【摘要】：近代以來,人類利用先進的科學技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了對自然的全面征服和占有,創(chuàng)造了巨大的物質(zhì)財富,實現(xiàn)了社會的長足進步,但由此引發(fā)了生態(tài)失衡、環(huán)境污染、能源短缺等人與自然的矛盾,并衍生出人與人以及人自身的矛盾,這些問題已成為困擾人類的“全球性”問題。中國改革開放以來,所奉行的以經(jīng)濟增長為中心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,取得了舉世矚目的成就,但生態(tài)問題也日益凸顯。于是生態(tài)問題就成為人類關(guān)注的一個重大的理論和現(xiàn)實問題,生態(tài)文明這一概念也正是人類對傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展觀和發(fā)展模式反思的基礎(chǔ)上提出來的。本文基于馬克思主義立場、觀點和方法,從生態(tài)文明內(nèi)涵厘定入手,將生態(tài)文明看作是人類繼工業(yè)文明之后的一種新的文明形態(tài),生態(tài)文明建設(shè)就是努力構(gòu)建人與自然、人與人、人與社會之間的和諧共生的一種文明狀態(tài);生態(tài)文明具有思維方式的生態(tài)化、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的生態(tài)化、制度建設(shè)的生態(tài)化、人與自然關(guān)系的和諧性、消費方式的合理性等特征。文章通過對中外生態(tài)文明觀的梳理,認為馬克主義生態(tài)文明觀是基于人與自然關(guān)系的正確認識,是當代中國推進生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的思想基礎(chǔ)。文章立足于現(xiàn)實,著重剖析了當前我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)存在的問題及原因,認為缺乏正確生態(tài)價值觀、生態(tài)道德觀,生態(tài)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展滯后以及生態(tài)文明立法不健全是產(chǎn)生生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的總根源。正是基于這樣的認識,文章認為,推進當前我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè),牢固樹立生態(tài)觀念,為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供思想支持;注重發(fā)展綠色生產(chǎn)力,為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供持續(xù)動力;建立健全政策法規(guī),為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供制度保障。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, human beings have realized the total conquest and possession of nature by using advanced science and technology, created huge material wealth and realized the great progress of society, but this has caused ecological imbalance and environmental pollution. The contradiction between man and nature, such as the shortage of energy, and the contradiction between man and man and themselves have become the "global" problems puzzling mankind. Since the reform and opening up, China has pursued a development strategy centered on economic growth. Has made remarkable achievements, but ecological problems are also increasingly prominent. So ecological issues have become a major theoretical and practical issues of concern to mankind. The concept of ecological civilization is also put forward on the basis of human reflection on the traditional concept of development and the mode of development. Based on the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, this paper begins with the determination of the connotation of ecological civilization. The ecological civilization is regarded as a new form of civilization after the industrial civilization. The construction of ecological civilization is a kind of civilization state that makes great efforts to build a harmonious symbiosis between man and nature, between man and man, and between man and society. Ecological civilization has the characteristics of ecological thinking mode, ecologicalization of economic development, ecologicalization of system construction, harmony between man and nature, rationality of consumption mode and so on. The author holds that the ecological civilization view of Mark doctrine is based on the correct understanding of the relationship between man and nature and is the ideological basis of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in contemporary China. The article bases itself on reality and emphatically analyzes the existing problems and reasons of ecological civilization construction in China at present. It is believed that the lack of correct ecological values, ecological morality, lag in the development of ecological economy and imperfect legislation of ecological civilization are the general causes of ecological environmental problems. To promote the current construction of ecological civilization in China, firmly establish the ecological concept, provide ideological support for the construction of ecological civilization, pay attention to the development of green productive forces and provide a sustained impetus for the construction of ecological civilization, establish and improve policies and regulations, To provide the system guarantee for the ecological civilization construction.
