【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,造紙行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟建設中的作用越顯突出,并且獲得了巨大的發(fā)展。但在發(fā)展過程中,造紙行業(yè)暴露出的環(huán)境問題,也得到了各界的廣泛關注。我國造紙行業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中,耗水量較大,并且污染物排放嚴重超標,給我國生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了巨大的污染,若是這些問題不得到有效解決,將嚴重影響我國造紙行業(yè)未來發(fā)展環(huán)境,同時也將給我國生態(tài)環(huán)境造成巨大的危害。對此,為了更好地探究造紙行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和當下存在問題,尋求有效解決措施解決這一問題,鑒于此,本文以永順縣洪飛造紙廠為例,探討和分析了當下洪飛造紙廠發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并推出了相應的解決措施。注重“清潔生產”的應用,并通過加強技術改造、設備更新,以及對先進造紙技術和先進設備的引進,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能環(huán)保生產這一目標。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the function of papermaking industry in national economic construction is more and more prominent, and it has made great progress. However, in the process of development, the paper industry has exposed environmental problems. In the process of development of papermaking industry in our country, water consumption is large, and pollutant discharge is seriously exceeding the standard, which brings huge pollution to our ecological environment, if these problems can not be solved effectively, It will seriously affect the future development environment of China's papermaking industry, and at the same time will cause great harm to the ecological environment of our country. In order to better explore the present situation and existing problems of papermaking industry, In view of this, this paper takes Hong Fei Paper Mill in Yongshun County as an example to discuss and analyze the problems existing in the process of the development of Hong Fei paper mill. The corresponding measures are put forward. The application of "cleaner production" is emphasized, and the goal of energy saving and environmental protection production is realized by strengthening the technical transformation, equipment renewal, and the introduction of advanced papermaking technology and advanced equipment.
