【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟增長遠未與資源消費脫鉤,綠色資本主義本質(zhì)上代表著資本權(quán)力的擴張,深化了核心國家和精英集團對邊緣國家的控制,加劇了全球不平等和貧困問題。為實現(xiàn)社會公平,全球經(jīng)濟脫碳發(fā)展離不開從北至南的財富和科技再分配轉(zhuǎn)移。公平的脫碳發(fā)展需要氣候治理的新思路:正視可持續(xù)發(fā)展與貧困問題,借助氣候正義國際網(wǎng)絡(luò)加強對話,推進氣候政策與貿(mào)易管制的兼容性。
[Abstract]:Global economic growth is far from decoupling from resource consumption. Green capitalism essentially represents the expansion of capital power, deepening the control of core countries and elite groups over marginal countries. Exacerbating global inequality and poverty... in order to achieve social equity, Decarbonization of the global economy is inseparable from the transfer of wealth and technology from the north to the south. Equitable decarbonization requires a new approach to climate governance: face sustainable development and poverty and strengthen dialogue with the help of the International Network for Climate Justice. Promote compatibility between climate policy and trade regulation.
