【摘要】:為評(píng)價(jià)鋼渣膠凝活性和檢測(cè)鋼渣活化加工工藝技術(shù)指標(biāo),探索了鋼渣中金屬Fe、Fe_3O_4和RO相3種惰性礦物含量的化學(xué)物相分析方法。鋼渣中Fe含量測(cè)定采用碘乙醇溶液選擇性溶解法,在該法中Fe是唯一可溶性礦物成分,由溶解量測(cè)定出Fe含量。Fe_3O_4含量測(cè)定采用10%HNO3溶液選擇性溶解法,不溶性礦物包括Fe_3O_4和耐火材料雜質(zhì),磁性不溶物即為Fe_3O_4。鋼渣中RO相含量測(cè)定采用EDTA-DEA-TEA(乙二胺四乙酸二鈉-二乙胺-三乙醇胺)選擇性溶解法,不溶性成分包括Fe、Fe_3O_4、RO相和耐火材料雜質(zhì),由磁性不溶物量減去Fe、Fe_3O_4含量即為RO相含量。鋼渣礦物相粒度小且相互包裹,為確保溶解精度需采用溶解(1.5 h) 濕磨 再溶解(1.5 h)3步工序,中間濕磨后試樣為6或8μm以下,溶液溫度保持30℃。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the cementitious activity of steel slag and to detect the technological index of activated processing of steel slag, the chemical phase analysis method of three kinds of inert mineral contents in steel slag, Feal Fe3O4 and RO phase, was explored. The content of Fe in steel slag was determined by selective dissolution of iodide ethanol solution. Fe is the only soluble mineral component in this method. The content of Fe, Fe _ 3O _ 4 and C _ 2O _ 4 is determined by selective dissolution in 10HNO _ 3 solution. The insoluble minerals include Fe_3O_4 and refractory impurity. The content of RO phase in steel slag was determined by EDTA-DEA-TEAA (EDTA-DEA-TEA-EDTA-DEA-TEA-triethanolamine) method. The insoluble components included Fetife _ 3O _ 4o _ 4o _ ro phase and refractory impurity. The amount of magnetic insoluble matter minus Feal Fe3O4 is the content of RO phase. The mineral phase of steel slag is small in size and wrapped in each other. In order to ensure the dissolution accuracy, it is necessary to adopt dissolving 1.5 h) and then dissolve in 1.5 h or 3 steps. After the intermediate wet grinding, the sample is below 6 or 8 渭 m.
