葡萄糖添加對(duì)太湖水體浮游植物生長(zhǎng)的影響

【摘要】:為探索葡萄糖(碳源)添加對(duì)浮游植物生長(zhǎng)的影響,于2015年7月30日—8月6日用太湖梅梁灣水體進(jìn)行了碳、氮、磷的營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽添加試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)設(shè)置3個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理均添加相同水平的氮、磷營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽,而碳添加質(zhì)量濃度分別為0 mg/L(對(duì)照組)、51 mg/L(低碳組)和102 mg/L(高碳組)。結(jié)果顯示,對(duì)照組與低碳組的葉綠素a(Chl-a)均顯著高于高碳組(P0.05),3個(gè)處理間總懸浮顆粒物(TSS)質(zhì)量濃度沒(méi)有顯著差異(P0.05);整體上,第1~8天和第6~8天,高碳組的硝酸鹽氮(NO_3~--N)、活性磷(SRP)質(zhì)量濃度的降低速率均是最高的,低碳組次之,對(duì)照組最慢(P0.05)。研究表明,葡萄糖添加控制了浮游植物生長(zhǎng),促進(jìn)了水體中無(wú)機(jī)氮、磷質(zhì)量濃度降低;但在添加葡萄糖的處理中,無(wú)機(jī)氮、磷質(zhì)量濃度降低速度的加快并沒(méi)有得到更高的浮游植物濃度。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of glucose (carbon source) supplementation on phytoplankton growth, carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus supplementation experiments were carried out in Meiliang Bay, Taihu Lake from July 30th 2015 to August. Three treatments were used in the experiment. Each treatment added the same levels of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, and the concentration of carbon added was 0 mg / L (control group, 51 mg / L (low carbon group) and 102 mg / L (high carbon group), respectively. Chl-a) of the control group and the low carbon group were significantly higher than that of the high carbon group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total suspended particulate matter (TSS) mass concentration among the three treatments, and on the whole, on the 1st day and the 68th day, there was no significant difference in the quality concentration of total suspended particulate matter (TSS). In the high carbon group, the reduction rate of nitrate nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate-N, active phosphorus (SRP) concentration was the highest, followed by the low carbon group, and the slowest P0.05 in the control group. The results showed that glucose supplementation controlled the growth of phytoplankton and promoted inorganic nitrogen in the water. The concentration of inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus decreased rapidly and the phytoplankton concentration did not increase with the addition of glucose.
