    前言：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)及文化等各方面加速發(fā)展,大量人口紛紛涌向城市,城市規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大及數(shù)量不斷增多已是歷史進(jìn)程的必然。城市建設(shè)總是在不斷地改變與塑造地質(zhì)環(huán)境,而地質(zhì)環(huán)境又制約城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)所引發(fā)的環(huán)境工程地質(zhì)問題越來越多。就唐山市城市建設(shè)中環(huán)境工程地質(zhì)的突出問題,例如用地規(guī)劃、區(qū)域穩(wěn)定性、地震、及地下水污染等做了一個述評,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對唐山市城市建設(shè)中的環(huán)境規(guī)劃的可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及方略進(jìn)行了探討。
