【摘要】：【目的】研究兩株SRB菌生長繁殖的影響因素,進(jìn)行SRB菌劑的初步試制。【方法】采用CFU法進(jìn)行菌株密度計(jì)數(shù),考察不同p H、培養(yǎng)溫度、碳源、培養(yǎng)基等條件對(duì)兩株SRB菌株生長的影響,并對(duì)SRB4菌株進(jìn)行了菌劑的初步試制�！窘Y(jié)果】菌株SRB4的最適培養(yǎng)條件:溫度為38℃;起始p H為8.0;培養(yǎng)基是以檸檬酸鈉為碳源的改良Postgate培養(yǎng)基。菌株SRB3的最適培養(yǎng)條件:溫度為36℃;起始p H為7.0;培養(yǎng)基是以玉米芯水提液為碳源的Postgate培養(yǎng)基。經(jīng)菌劑初步試制,SRB4菌株在發(fā)酵48 h后菌株密度保持在1012 CFU/m L以上。【結(jié)論】兩株SRB菌在最適培養(yǎng)條件下密度保持在1012 CFU/m L以上,可作為工程應(yīng)用的備選菌株。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the factors affecting the growth and reproduction of two strains of SRB, and to make a preliminary trial production of SRB. [methods] the density of two strains of SRB was counted by CFU method, and the different pH, culture temperature and carbon source were investigated. The effects of culture medium on the growth of two SRB strains were studied, and the preliminary preparation of SRB4 strain was carried out.
