【摘要】：為研究嘉陵江重慶出口段小環(huán)藻"水華"的發(fā)生規(guī)律,對2010—2013年連續(xù)對嘉陵江出口段水華小環(huán)藻數(shù)量進行監(jiān)測及分析,分析表明,嘉陵江出口段水華優(yōu)勢藻為星肋小環(huán)藻,呈年周期性暴發(fā)。每年早春(1月下旬—3月上旬)發(fā)生水華,水華期間星肋小環(huán)藻占總藻密度的85%~94%。SPSS18.0軟件分析各理化指標與小環(huán)藻的相關(guān)性可知,水溫與星肋小環(huán)藻數(shù)量呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=-0.450,p=0.0040.01)�？偟�(TN)、總磷(TP)、流速(v)、光照強度等其他理化因子與小環(huán)藻水華相關(guān)性不顯著,但rr偏說明其他理化因子的交互影響對小環(huán)藻水華有促進作用。因此,春季為小環(huán)藻的適宜生境,較低的觀測水溫(8.5~11.5℃),緩慢的流速(0.01~0.29 m/s),足夠的光照時長(11.25 h),合理的營養(yǎng)鹽分配才有可能發(fā)生小環(huán)藻水華。
[Abstract]:In order to study the occurrence rule of "Shui Hua" in the export section of Jialing River in Chongqing, the quantity of the algal algae in the export section of Jialing River from 2010 to 2013 was continuously monitored and analyzed. The analysis showed that the dominant alga in the export section of the Jialing River was Cyclomonas astrophylla. In early spring (late January to early March), Shui Hua occurred. The correlation between physical and chemical indexes and Cyclocystis microphylla was analyzed by the software of 850.94. SPSS 18.0, which accounted for the total algal density in the period of Shui Hua. There was a significant positive correlation between water temperature and the number of Cyclophora punctatus. There was no significant correlation between total nitrogen (TNN), total phosphorus (TP), flow rate, light intensity and other physicochemical factors, such as TN, TP, light intensity, etc., and Shui Hua was not significantly correlated with the total nitrogen (TNN), total phosphorus (TP), light intensity and other physical and chemical factors. However, rr partial indicates that the interaction of other physicochemical factors can promote Shui Hua. Therefore, spring is a suitable habitat for Cyclocystis microphylla.
