武漢市東湖水污染分析及治理對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)城市化建設(shè)的腳步正在加快,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展大幅增加了城市水資源的消耗與利用。污水排放力度的增大帶來(lái)的是污染負(fù)荷加劇,使得城市水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和水體功能的遭到嚴(yán)重破壞。因此,有效的防治城市水環(huán)境污染,同時(shí)保持社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,尋求社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的途徑有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本文根據(jù)武漢東湖嚴(yán)重的水環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,分析水環(huán)境承載力指標(biāo),構(gòu)建水環(huán)境承載力體系,采用TMDL計(jì)劃(最大日負(fù)荷量Total Maximum Daily Load)來(lái)計(jì)算東湖湖區(qū)的污染物總量,分析東湖水環(huán)境污染的狀況。并針對(duì)東湖水污染治理中存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的治理對(duì)策。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)通過(guò)閱讀大量的中外文文獻(xiàn),了解國(guó)內(nèi)外湖泊水環(huán)境污染治理的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外水環(huán)境污染治理方法,針對(duì)東湖研究區(qū)的自然條件、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)情況以及區(qū)域生態(tài)特征,分析東湖水體污染的水質(zhì)狀況和主要污染因素,辨識(shí)東湖水環(huán)境污染的主要環(huán)境問(wèn)題。(2)根據(jù)東湖主要水污染因素和水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)水環(huán)境容量及水環(huán)境承載力的界定,選取一些數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo),篩選對(duì)東湖水環(huán)境污染有影響的指標(biāo),且根據(jù)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,建立東湖水環(huán)境的承載力指標(biāo)體系,分析東湖水環(huán)境承載力。(3)利用TMDL計(jì)劃,根據(jù)東湖的實(shí)際污染情況,進(jìn)行東湖的TMDL計(jì)劃,針對(duì)東湖水體中主要的污染物:總氮,總磷和COD,計(jì)算東湖各子湖泊的主要污染物的最大日負(fù)荷量。(4)結(jié)合東湖水污染治理中存在的各種問(wèn)題,基于前人的研究成果和現(xiàn)有的研究結(jié)果,分析東湖水環(huán)境污染的治理現(xiàn)狀,提出相應(yīng)的治理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The pace of urbanization in China is speeding up, the rapid development of social economy has greatly increased the consumption and utilization of urban water resources. The structure of urban water ecosystem and the function of water body are seriously damaged. Therefore, the effective prevention and control of urban water environment pollution, while maintaining the rapid development of social economy, seek the society, The way of sustainable development of economy and environment is of great significance. According to the serious pollution of water environment in East Lake of Wuhan, this paper analyzes the index of carrying capacity of water environment, and constructs the system of carrying capacity of water environment. The TMDL (maximum daily load Total Maximum Daily load) is used to calculate the total amount of pollutants in the East Lake region, and to analyze the situation of the water pollution in the East Lake, and to solve the problems existing in the treatment of the water pollution in the East Lake. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) by reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, we can understand the present situation of water environment pollution control in lakes at home and abroad, and combine the methods of water environment pollution control at home and abroad. In view of the natural conditions, social and economic conditions and regional ecological characteristics of the Donghu Lake research area, the water quality and main pollution factors of the Donghu Lake are analyzed. According to the main water pollution factors and the present situation of the water environment in the East Lake, through the definition of the water environmental capacity and the carrying capacity of the water environment, some data indexes are selected. The index system of water environment carrying capacity of East Lake is established according to the weight of indexes, and the carrying capacity of water environment of East Lake is analyzed. (3) using TMDL plan, according to the actual pollution situation of East Lake, For the main pollutants in the East Lake: total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD, the maximum daily load of the main pollutants in each sub-lake of the East Lake. Based on the previous research results and existing research results, this paper analyzes the current situation of water pollution control in East Lake, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
