【摘要】:采用海藻酸鈉固定納米鐵制備海藻酸鈉納米鐵小球,研究了海藻酸鈉濃度、納米鐵含量、活性紅X3B濃度、反應(yīng)溫度、p H值等對海藻酸鈉固定化納米鐵小球還原活性紅X3B的影響.采用高效液相色譜(HPLC)、紫外可見分光光度計(jì)(UV-Vis)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)等方法分析污染物的還原脫色過程.結(jié)果表明,X3B的還原脫色獲得了較好的效果,當(dāng)溫度25.0℃,海藻酸鈉濃度2.0%,納米鐵含量2.0g/L,轉(zhuǎn)速200r/min,p H值10.9時(shí),反應(yīng)720min后,25.0mg/L活性紅X3B的脫色率達(dá)98.9%.海藻酸鈉凝膠對活性紅X3B沒有吸附作用,海藻酸鈉固定化納米鐵小球降解活性紅X3B的主要機(jī)制為納米零價(jià)鐵的還原作用.
[Abstract]:Sodium alginate nanocrystalline iron pellets were prepared by using sodium alginate to immobilize nano-iron. The concentration of sodium alginate, the content of nano-iron, the concentration of active red X _ 3B and the reaction temperature were studied. The effect of pH value on the reduction of active red X _ 3B by sodium alginate immobilized nano-iron pellets was studied by HPLC and UV-Vis-UV spectrophotometer. The process of reducing and decolorizing pollutants was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the reduction decolorization of X3B had a good effect when the temperature was 25.0 鈩,
