【摘要】：北京市環(huán)境保護局2014年開始在房山區(qū)、朝陽區(qū)、經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)選擇20家典型排污單位開展了排污許可試點工作。文章對本次試點從工作范圍、時間安排、各方職責(zé)分工以及工作中的創(chuàng)新、取得的成果等方面進行了闡述,并結(jié)合工作開展過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出了相關(guān)的解決方法和建議,為排污許可制度的進一步實施提供了經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In 2014, Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau began to select 20 typical pollutant emission units in Fangshan District, Chaoyang District and Economic and technological Development Zone to carry out the pilot work of emission permit. The time arrangement, the division of responsibilities between the parties, the innovation in the work, the results of the work are described, and combined with the work found in the process of problems, put forward the relevant solutions and suggestions. It provides experience for the further implementation of the emission permit system.
