【摘要】:硫化氫是毒性很強(qiáng)的氣體,其危害有損害人類健康、污染環(huán)境、腐蝕設(shè)備等。鑒于吉林油田二氧化碳驅(qū)產(chǎn)生硫化氫的問題,本文探討分析了硫化氫產(chǎn)生的原因,確定了硫酸鹽還原菌的存在是產(chǎn)生硫化氫的根本原因,并進(jìn)一步實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了硫酸鹽還原菌的生長(zhǎng)因素和抑制方法。通過對(duì)吉林油田各區(qū)塊的普查,分析了集輸系統(tǒng)中硫化氫濃度、硫酸鹽還原菌菌數(shù)、硫酸根濃度、礦化度濃度和pH等,通過分析研究,集輸系統(tǒng)中溫度、pH、營(yíng)養(yǎng)條件等總體適合硫酸鹽還原菌的生長(zhǎng)和代謝,故在集輸系統(tǒng)中容易大量滋生硫酸鹽還原菌,從而產(chǎn)生H2S氣體,確定大量H2S的產(chǎn)生緣于集輸過程中SRB的還原作用。隨后對(duì)采集的水樣進(jìn)行分離提純,得到純硫酸鹽還原菌菌株,富集培養(yǎng),用富集到的菌液進(jìn)行間歇實(shí)驗(yàn),考察溫度、pH、鹽度、鐵離子、碳源、重金屬、二氧化碳等因素對(duì)硫酸鹽還原菌生長(zhǎng)的影響,確定其繁殖規(guī)律。進(jìn)而研究SRB的抑制方法,主要從反硝化和殺菌劑兩方面考慮,反硝化抑制硫酸鹽還原菌的研究主要考察S/N、COD、堿度對(duì)反硝化細(xì)菌抑制硫酸鹽還原菌效果的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,NO3-的加入可以有效的抑制SRB的生長(zhǎng)及S2-的生成,含量越高抑制效果就越顯著,COD含量較低時(shí)抑制效果更加明顯,較高的堿度更有助于SRB的抑制。進(jìn)一步對(duì)戊二醛、異噻唑啉酮、1227(十二烷基二甲基芐基氯化銨)及復(fù)配殺菌劑為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象考察殺菌效果,采用四試管簡(jiǎn)易絕跡稀釋法確定各自的最低殺菌濃度,研究不同濃度不同時(shí)間的條件下各殺菌劑的殺菌效果,將復(fù)配殺菌劑和單一殺菌劑進(jìn)行對(duì)比,選出最優(yōu)殺菌劑。
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic gas, which is harmful to human health, pollutes the environment, corrodes equipment and so on. In view of the problem of hydrogen sulfide produced by carbon dioxide flooding in Jilin Oilfield, this paper discusses the causes of hydrogen sulfide production. It is determined that the existence of sulfate reducing bacteria is the fundamental cause of producing hydrogen sulfide, and the growth factors and inhibition methods of sulfate reducing bacteria are further studied. The concentration of hydrogen sulphide, the number of sulfate-reducing bacteria, the concentration of sulfate, the concentration of salinity and pH in the gathering and transportation system were analyzed. Nutrition conditions are suitable for the growth and metabolism of sulfate reducing bacteria, so it is easy to breed a large number of sulfate reducing bacteria in the gathering and transportation system, thus producing H2S gas. It was determined that a large amount of H _ 2S was produced by the reduction of SRB during gathering and transportation. Then the collected water samples were separated and purified to obtain the pure sulfate reducing bacteria strain for enrichment and culture. The effects of temperature, pH, salinity, iron ion, carbon source, heavy metal and carbon dioxide on the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria were studied. Then the inhibition methods of SRB were studied mainly from the aspects of denitrification and fungicides, and the inhibition of sulfate reducing bacteria by denitrification was mainly investigated. The effect of alkalinity on the inhibition effect of denitrifying bacteria on sulfate reducing bacteria. The experimental results showed that the addition of no _ 3- could effectively inhibit the growth of SRB and the formation of S ~ (2-). The higher the content of denitrifying bacteria was, the more significant the inhibition effect was. The inhibition effect of COD was more obvious when the content of COD was lower, and the higher basicity was more helpful to the inhibition of SRB, and further to glutaraldehyde and isothiazolone. The bactericidal effect of 1227 (12 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) and compound fungicides was investigated. The minimal bactericidal concentration was determined by simple extinction dilution method in four test tubes. The germicidal effects of various fungicides with different concentration and time were studied. The optimum bactericides were selected by comparing the compound fungicides and single fungicides.
