【摘要】:本文研究了鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)典型重金屬離子Cu2+、Pb2+的選擇吸附性能,并以鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼作為載體制備出載氧化鋯生物復(fù)合材料(Zr-Lc),研究其對(duì)重金屬離子Cu2+、Pb2+的選擇吸附性能及機(jī)理,研究結(jié)果為水體重金屬的深度凈化及環(huán)保生物復(fù)合吸附劑的研制提供了技術(shù)支持。論文首先預(yù)處理了鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼,并研究其對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的選擇吸附性能。鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的最佳吸附p H值為中性;在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)離子存在的情況下,鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的選擇吸附性下降,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)離子對(duì)鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼吸附Cu2+、Pb2+的影響力遵循順序Ca2+Mg2+Na+;在等溫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)中,鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)Cu2+在55℃時(shí)吸附容量最大達(dá)到24.29mg/g,對(duì)Pb2+在20℃時(shí)吸附容量最大達(dá)到246.72mg/g,吸附等溫線均能較好的符合Freundlich方程;鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼吸附Cu2+在40min左右達(dá)到平衡,吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合偽二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué),吸附Pb2+在10min左右達(dá)到平衡,吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合偽一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué);鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)Cu2+連續(xù)4次吸附-脫附實(shí)驗(yàn),可以在強(qiáng)酸條件下進(jìn)行再生,再生后鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼吸附性能較穩(wěn)定,鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼對(duì)Pb2+的柱吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),可以將Pb2+的出水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)到10μg/L以下。利用表面沉積技術(shù)將氧化鋯擔(dān)載到鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼孔道內(nèi)表面,得到一種新型生物復(fù)合材料(Zr-Lc),掃描電鏡(SEM)及透射電鏡(TEM)顯示氧化鋯成功固載到鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼孔道內(nèi)。Zr-Lc對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的最佳吸附p H值為中性;在高濃度的Ca2+存在時(shí),Zr-Lc對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+仍表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的選擇吸附性,優(yōu)于鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼與傳統(tǒng)吸附材料D001;Zr-Lc對(duì)Cu2+的吸附過(guò)程是吸熱反應(yīng),在55℃時(shí)獲得最大吸附容量44.55 mg/g,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程,Zr-Lc對(duì)Pb2+的吸附過(guò)程是放熱反應(yīng),在20℃時(shí)獲得最大吸附容量399.08 mg/g,吸附等溫線符合Freundlich方程;Zr-Lc吸附Cu2+在100min左右達(dá)到平衡,吸附Pb2+在50min左右達(dá)到平衡,對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合偽二級(jí)方程;柱吸附結(jié)果表明,Zr-Lc對(duì)Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附性能優(yōu)于鹵蟲(chóng)卵殼與D001,在水處理領(lǐng)域有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the selective adsorption of Cu2 Pb2, a typical heavy metal ion, on the egg shell of Artemia was studied, and the Zirconia loaded biological composite (Zr-Lc) was prepared by using the egg shell of Artemia as the carrier. The selective adsorption properties and mechanism of heavy metal ion Cu2 Pb2 were studied. The results provide technical support for the deep purification of heavy metals in water and the development of environmental protection biological composite adsorbent. Firstly, the Cu2 of Artemia eggs was pretreated. Selective adsorption of Pb2. The optimum pH value of Cu2 Pb2 adsorbed by the egg shell of Artemia is neutral. In the presence of competitive ions, the selective adsorption of Cu2 Pb2 on Artemia egg shell decreased, and Cu2 on Artemia egg shell was adsorbed by competitive ion. The influence of Pb2 followed the sequence of Ca2 Mg2 Na; In isothermal adsorption experiment, the maximum adsorption capacity of Cu2 to Cu2 was 24.29 mg / g at 55 鈩,
