【摘要】:H公司污水池由于原設(shè)計(jì)存在缺陷,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響公司安全生產(chǎn),成為公司發(fā)展的瓶頸問題。因此,H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目對于公司未來的發(fā)展顯得尤為重要?茖W(xué)、合理的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目的有序及有效進(jìn)行。目前,關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)作為解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理問題的一種有益方法和途徑,將能夠?yàn)镠公司解決目前所面臨的污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理問題。本文對H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究并應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù),為H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提供對策。本文主要采用個(gè)案研究法,并結(jié)合調(diào)查法和文獻(xiàn)研究法。個(gè)案研究法以H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理為特定研究對象;調(diào)查法要對影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的H公司的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)部、生產(chǎn)部、采購部、計(jì)劃部、工程部和生產(chǎn)車間的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人員,以及項(xiàng)目施工的D公司人員進(jìn)行訪談?wù){(diào)查;而文獻(xiàn)研究法是通過查找并閱讀文獻(xiàn),從而全方位地了解掌握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)理論。本文在對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)理論回顧以及H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際情況做出訪談?wù){(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)提出了切實(shí)可行的H公司污水池油水分離項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理解決辦法,包括以下個(gè)主要內(nèi)容:首先,設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方案,具體由成立項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理小組、進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目工作分解、估計(jì)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)時(shí)間、關(guān)鍵鏈求解分析和對緩沖區(qū)設(shè)置五個(gè)內(nèi)容構(gòu)成,并對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行了描述;其次,協(xié)調(diào)控制和具體措施之間的關(guān)系;第三,識別影響工期的各種因素并做出應(yīng)急方案;最后,做好項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收有關(guān)各項(xiàng)工作相互銜接。
[Abstract]:Due to the defects of the original design, the sewage tank of H Company has seriously affected the production safety of the company and become the bottleneck problem in the development of the company. Oil and water separation project of H company sewage tank is particularly important for the future development of the company. Scientific and reasonable project schedule management method can achieve the H company sewage tank oil and water separation project orderly and effective. At present. Key chain technology is a useful way to solve the problem of project schedule management. It will be able to solve the problem of oil and water separation project schedule management for H Company. This paper analyzes and studies the status quo of oil and water separation project schedule management in H company sewage tank and applies key chain technology. For H company sewage tank oil and water separation project schedule management countermeasures. This paper mainly uses the case study method. Combined with the investigation method and the literature research method. The case study method takes H company sewage tank oil and water separation project schedule management as the specific research object; The investigation will be conducted on the design and technology department, production department, purchasing department, planning department, engineering department and production workshop, and the D company personnel of the project construction. The literature research method is to look up and read the literature. In this paper, based on the review of project schedule management theory and the actual situation of H company sewage tank oil-water separation project schedule management, the author makes an interview and investigation. . Based on the key chain technology, a feasible solution to the schedule management of the oil-water separation project in the sewage tank of H Company is put forward, including the following main contents: firstly, the scientific project schedule management scheme is designed. The project schedule management group is set up to decompose the project work, estimate the project task time, solve and analyze the key chain and set the buffer zone. The optimization results are described. Second, the relationship between coordinated control and specific measures; Third, identify the factors that affect the duration of the project and make emergency plans; Finally, do a good job in the project acceptance of the various work linked to each other.
