【摘要】：興建垃圾處理場(chǎng)是解決當(dāng)前"垃圾圍城"困境的重要手段,而公眾對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)的接受度是影響垃圾處理場(chǎng)建設(shè)與運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要標(biāo)尺。本研究以廈門的垃圾處理實(shí)證調(diào)查為例,從環(huán)境公正的視角分析了公眾對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)的接受度問(wèn)題。結(jié)果顯示,環(huán)境公正是影響公眾對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)接受度的重要因素。公眾對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)的接受度是基于分配公正做出的決策行為;持有自私分配公正觀者;承擔(dān)的垃圾處理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越多,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知越強(qiáng)烈,獲得風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償越少者,對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)的接受度越低。而且其決策行為也會(huì)受到程序公正(風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溝通、選址程序公正觀)的影響,參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溝通越多,對(duì)垃圾處理場(chǎng)接受度越高;反對(duì)政府與專家決定模式者,越容易出現(xiàn)垃圾處理接受危機(jī)。同時(shí),環(huán)境公正還會(huì)通過(guò)系統(tǒng)信任間接影響垃圾處理場(chǎng)接受度。
[Abstract]:The construction of garbage disposal site is an important means to solve the plight of "garbage siege". The acceptance of the waste disposal site is an important yardstick that affects the construction and operation of the waste disposal site. This study takes the empirical investigation of waste disposal in Xiamen as an example. From the perspective of environmental justice, this paper analyzes the public acceptance of garbage disposal sites. The results show that. Environmental justice is an important factor that affects the acceptance of garbage disposal sites, which is based on distributive justice. Holding selfish distributive justice viewer; The more the risk of garbage disposal, the stronger the risk awareness, the less risk compensation, the lower the acceptance of the garbage disposal site, and its decision-making behavior will be subject to procedural justice (risk communication). The more risk communication, the higher the acceptance of garbage disposal site. Those who oppose the government and experts to decide on the mode are more vulnerable to the crisis of refuse disposal acceptance. At the same time, environmental justice indirectly affects the acceptance of waste disposal sites through system trust.
