【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與需求,國內(nèi)大部分的油田開發(fā)已進(jìn)入后期,污水的產(chǎn)量逐漸增多。其中,一部分廢水需經(jīng)過處理才能排放到地表水體中,然而由于處理不合理,排出后的污水中可能有某些污染源的含量超標(biāo),達(dá)不到國家污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將其排放到環(huán)境中,會(huì)污染水體,危害水生植物,還可能在一些魚和貝類體內(nèi)富集而最終危害人類。所以,油田污水處理后的排放指標(biāo)監(jiān)測成為當(dāng)前研究重點(diǎn)。針對(duì)目前污水排放監(jiān)控方法較為復(fù)雜、不易控制的問題,提出了基于組態(tài)王的水質(zhì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了以組態(tài)王軟件為基礎(chǔ)的污水排放指標(biāo)的據(jù)采集監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)讀取、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表查詢、歷史趨勢曲線在線顯示、超限報(bào)警、排放指標(biāo)不達(dá)標(biāo)限制排放等功能,節(jié)省了大量的人力物力。論文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外油田開發(fā)所產(chǎn)生的污水水質(zhì)監(jiān)測現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,分析了傳統(tǒng)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測手段的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和不足,給出了油田污水排放指標(biāo)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想。然后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測和控制方面的要求,從系統(tǒng)組成、功能方面對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)采集監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件進(jìn)行了選型。系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案包括硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)兩大部分,采用研華遠(yuǎn)程I/O模塊ADAM4017+即采集現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù),通過ADAM4520模塊與上位機(jī)建立通信,把現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)上傳至上位機(jī),應(yīng)用組態(tài)軟件Kingview6.53實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)。把現(xiàn)場控制與數(shù)據(jù)采集的設(shè)計(jì)思路編制控制程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的控制要求,即可以實(shí)現(xiàn)污水排放數(shù)據(jù)的全程監(jiān)控。在監(jiān)控中心由控制中心發(fā)布命令至控制單元S7-200PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)污水排放的遠(yuǎn)程控制。本文中污水排放指標(biāo)的監(jiān)測研究有助于水質(zhì)自動(dòng)監(jiān)測工程的實(shí)施,并為環(huán)保等相關(guān)部門提供水質(zhì)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測、水質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)以及預(yù)防的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the demand of science and technology, most of the domestic oilfield has entered the later period, the sewage yield gradually increased. Among them, a part of wastewater must be treated before discharge to surface waters, but because the process is not reasonable, exceed the standard content of the discharged sewage after May have some sources of pollution, emissions are not up to standard of national sewage, will be discharged into the environment, pollute the water, harm aquatic plants, may also have some fish and shellfish in the enrichment and eventually harm mankind. Therefore, emission monitoring of oil field sewage after treatment has become the focus of current research. In view of the current sewage discharge monitoring method is more complex and is not easy to control, is put forward the water quality monitoring system based on Kingview design index of sewage discharge to the Kingview software based on the data collection and monitoring system, the system mainly realize the data read, The data report query, history trend curve display, alarm, emission index standards to limit emissions and other functions, save a lot of manpower and resources. This paper first introduces the current situation and trend of water quality monitoring of sewage generated by the oilfield development at home and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional water quality monitoring method and the insufficiency, gives a design ideas the oil effluent monitoring system. Then according to the system monitoring and control requirements, from the composition of the system, the function of data acquisition and monitoring system hardware are selected. The overall design of the system including the design of hardware design and software system of the two parts, using Advantech remote I/O module ADAM4017+ to collect data, the establishment of communication through the ADAM4520 module and the host computer, upload data to the host computer, the application of configuration software Kingview6.53 to implement the system configuration. The idea of control program design of field control and data acquisition system, realize the requirements of control, which can realize the monitoring of sewage discharge data. Remote control in the monitoring center by the control center issued a command to the control unit S7-200PLC to achieve sewage discharge. Research on the sewage discharge monitoring indicators contribute to the implementation of automatic water quality monitoring project the real-time monitoring and provide water for environmental protection and other relevant departments, water quality prediction and prevention of technical support.
