【摘要】:二氧化硫(S02)是大氣污染物的主要成分之一,嚴重污染環(huán)境并對人的身體健康有很大危害。其中S02的脫除一直是環(huán)境保護難題,每一年因為SO2的排放會導(dǎo)致巨大的經(jīng)濟損失,是以煙氣脫硫已成為如今研究領(lǐng)域的熱門之一。本文采用一種新型的煙氣脫硫方式,利用CaS作為鈣基煙氣脫硫劑進行脫硫,不僅能將煙氣中的SO2氣體還原為硫單質(zhì),而且能夠通過與化學(xué)鏈技術(shù)相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)CaS的再生,從而實現(xiàn)化學(xué)鏈的循環(huán)反應(yīng),主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,基于熱力學(xué)定律和吉布斯自由能最小原理,利用HSC Chemistry軟件對NiS-SO2、FeS-SO2、Na2S-SO2、MgS-SO2、BaS-SO2、CaS-SO2進行熱力學(xué)計算與分析,模擬時調(diào)劑S02和脫硫劑的比例為2:1,并加入氮氣(N2)作為保護氣,經(jīng)分析最終篩選出合適的CaS作為脫硫劑。生成產(chǎn)物CaSO4與CO和H2反應(yīng)實現(xiàn)CaS脫硫劑再生的過程已經(jīng)在化學(xué)鏈技術(shù)中得到應(yīng)用,因而可以實現(xiàn)化學(xué)鏈循環(huán)反應(yīng)。采用CaS作為脫硫劑不僅具有活性好、硫單質(zhì)產(chǎn)率高、副反應(yīng)少等優(yōu)點,而且脫硫劑可循環(huán)利用。于是本文采用CaS作為鈣基煙氣脫硫劑對煙氣脫硫進行考察研究。其次,在固定床反應(yīng)器中對鈣基煙氣脫硫劑脫除SO2的實驗進行了考察,篩選出了合適的反應(yīng)條件,即:反應(yīng)溫度為200℃、空速為600 h-1、床高/直徑比為5:2、CaS含量為40%。CO2對鈣基煙氣脫硫劑的脫硫?qū)嶒灈]有影響,而CaO的脫硫效果低于CaS的脫硫效果,煙氣中的O2在反應(yīng)中能夠提供反應(yīng)熱量,同時也能與部分CaS結(jié)合,使得脫硫率有所降低,但是降低不明顯。鈣基煙氣脫硫劑在高溫下會出現(xiàn)燒結(jié)現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致比表面積降低,粒徑增大。另外,本文采用收縮核模型很好地對鈣基煙氣脫硫劑與SO2的反應(yīng)進行了描述,分別考察了反應(yīng)溫度、SO2濃度、空速等因素對脫硫反應(yīng)的影響,并對反應(yīng)過程進行了線性擬合,計算出了反應(yīng)活化能等因子,構(gòu)造了合適的反應(yīng)動力學(xué)方程。
[Abstract]:Sulfur dioxide (S02) is one of the main components of atmospheric pollutants, has great harm serious pollution of the environment and the health of people. The removal of S02 has been the environmental protection problem, every year because of the emission of SO2 will lead to huge economic losses in flue gas desulfurization has become one of the hot research field nowadays. This paper use a new type of flue gas desulfurization, flue gas as a calcium based desulfurizer using CaS, can not only restore the SO2 gas in flue gas to elemental sulfur, and can combine with chemical looping technology, then the implementation of CaS, so as to realize the chemical chain reaction cycle, the main research contents are as follows: first of all, the laws of thermodynamics and the principle of Gibbs free energy minimization based on the use of HSC Chemistry software on NiS-SO2, FeS-SO2, Na2S-SO2, MgS-SO2, BaS-SO2, CaS-SO2 by thermodynamic calculation and analysis, simulation and adjust S02 off The sulfur ratio of 2:1 (N2), and adding nitrogen as protective gas, through the analysis of the final selected CaS as a desulfurization agent. Generating CO and H2 reaction product of CaSO4 and implementation of CaS sorbent regeneration has been used in chemical looping technology, which can realize the chemical chain reaction. The CaS cycle as the desulfurization agent not only has good activity, sulfur high yield, less side reaction, and the desulfurizing agent can be recycled. So this paper uses CaS as a calcium based flue gas desulfurization of flue gas desulfurization were investigated. Secondly, in a fixed bed reactor of calcium based sorbents for the removal of SO2 were investigated experimentally and selected reaction conditions, namely: the suitable reaction temperature to 200 degrees, speed is 600 H-1, the bed height / diameter ratio of 5:2, CaS content has no effect on calcium based desulfurization experiment of 40%.CO2 flue gas desulfurization, desulfurization effect and low CaO The desulfurization effect of CaS, O2 in the flue gas to provide heat of reaction in the reaction, but also can be combined with CaS, the desulfurization rate decreased, but the decrease is not obvious. Calcium based flue gas desulfurization agent in high temperature sintering phenomenon, resulting in the specific surface area decreases, the particle size increased. In addition, this paper the shrinking core model is very good to the reaction of calcium based sorbents and SO2 are described, respectively. The effects of reaction temperature, SO2 concentration, space velocity and other factors on the impact of the desulfurization reaction, and the reaction process of the linear fit to calculate the reaction activation energy and other factors, construct appropriate reaction kinetics equation.
