海洋大型藻類對(duì)微藻類的化感作用

【摘要】:海洋生物之間的關(guān)系錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜。海洋中不同種植物或微生物之間存在化感作用,利用化感作用治理赤潮,是一種新方法。它根據(jù)的是大型海藻對(duì)微藻有著化感抑制的作用。本研究選用三種大型海藻浸提液對(duì)兩種微藻進(jìn)行化感作用實(shí)驗(yàn),研究其化感機(jī)理。測(cè)定的指標(biāo)有:藻細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、EC50值、丙二醛(MDA)含量、葉綠素a含量以及微藻碳氮穩(wěn)定同位素的變化。各部分的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為,三種大型海藻對(duì)塔瑪亞歷山大藻都有化感抑制的作用其中根據(jù)96h的EC50值以及微藻生長曲線來看,孔石莼對(duì)塔瑪亞歷山大藻的化感抑制作用最強(qiáng)。但孔石莼對(duì)青島大扁藻主要表現(xiàn)為促進(jìn)作用,說明青島大扁藻的抗化感作用較強(qiáng)。大型海藻加入后,微藻體內(nèi)MDA含量迅速升高,且受抑制越強(qiáng),前期上升幅度也就越大。從葉綠素a含量可以看出,當(dāng)微藻受到化感抑制作用時(shí),它的葉綠素a含量要明顯低于對(duì)照組,且大型海藻浸提液濃度越高,葉綠素a含量也就越低。從實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中塔瑪亞歷山大藻碳的同位素變化可以看出,孔石莼的加入,使得實(shí)驗(yàn)組中塔瑪亞歷山大藻的613C值先明顯升高。且孔石莼的濃度越高,塔瑪亞歷山大藻的δ13C值在整個(gè)過程就越大。塔瑪亞歷山大藻各組中δ13N值都顯示上升的趨勢(shì),且孔石莼濃度越高的實(shí)驗(yàn)組δ15N值就越小綜上所述,大型海藻對(duì)微藻有化感作用,但同一種大型海藻對(duì)不同微藻的化感作用強(qiáng)弱不同。大型海藻對(duì)微藻化感抑制過程中,可以使微藻的MDA含量迅速升高,同時(shí)也使其葉綠素a含量降低。從微藻的C、N穩(wěn)定同位素含量變化來看,化感作用也改變了微藻的C、N穩(wěn)定同位素組成。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the marine organisms in the ocean. Perplexing between different plants or microorganisms exist allelopathy, the allelopathic effect of treating red tide, is a new method. It is based on the macroalgae have allelopathic effect on algae. This study selected three kinds of seaweed extracts on two kinds of microalgae the experimental study on Mechanism of allelopathy, the allelopathic index: Determination of algal cell count, EC50 value, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, chlorophyll a content and changes of microalgae of stable carbon and nitrogen isotope. Each part of the experimental results, three kinds of seaweeds on Tama Alexander Zao is allelopathic effect among them according to the 96h EC50 value and the microalgae growth curve, u.pertusa of Tamar Alexander allelopathic effect was the strongest. But u.pertusa in Qingdao mainly to promote macro algae, Qingdao macro algae allelopathic resistance Strong. Seaweed is added, the content of MDA in microalgae increased rapidly, and the inhibition is strong, early rising is also bigger. The content of chlorophyll a can be seen as affected by allelopathic effect of microalgae, the chlorophyll a content was significantly lower than that in control group, and the type of seaweed extract concentration the higher the chlorophyll a content was lower. The isotope variation of Tama Alexander algal carbon in the process of experiments can be seen with Ulva pertusa, the experimental group in the tama Alexander algae of 613C value increased significantly. And the higher the concentration of u.pertusa, Delta 13C Tamar Alexander algae in the whole process more value great. Show increased 13N values in each group and Tamar Alexander algae, Ulva pertusa concentration is higher in the experimental group 15N values is smaller in macroalgae have allelopathic effects on microalgae, but the same kind of seaweeds on different microalgae The allelopathic effects of different seaweeds on microalgae. Allelopathic inhibition process, can make the MDA content of microalgae increased rapidly, while the content of chlorophyll a decreased. The change of N C from microalgae, stable isotope content, allelopathy also changed the microalgae C N stable isotope composition.
