【摘要】:采用氣液硫化法對(duì)模擬含鋅污酸廢水進(jìn)行處理,考察pH值、H2S氣體分壓、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、Zn~(2+)初始濃度等條件對(duì)Zn~(2+)去除效果的影響。在單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行五因素五水平的正交實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)采用該工藝處理冶煉煙氣洗滌污酸廢水效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。研究Zn~(2+)硫化分離的熱力學(xué),及其氣液反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程,并對(duì)鋅沉渣進(jìn)行分析與表征。結(jié)果表明:在最佳工藝條件為模擬溶液初始pH值3、反應(yīng)時(shí)間80 min、溫度35℃、H2S氣體的體積分?jǐn)?shù)為30%、Zn~(2+)初始濃度100 mg/L時(shí),Zn~(2+)脫除率為99.54%,沉渣主要物相為ZnS,鋅的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)63.84%;實(shí)際污酸廢水鋅濃度為569和216.7 mg/L時(shí),去除率分別達(dá)到99.79%和99.49%。
[Abstract]:The simulated wastewater containing zinc was treated by gas-liquid sulfidation method. The pH value of H _ 2S gas partial pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The effect of the initial concentration of Zn~(2 on the removal efficiency of Zn~(2. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment with five factors and five levels was carried out. The thermodynamics of Zn~(2) vulcanization separation and the kinetics of gas-liquid reaction were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: initial pH value of simulated solution was 3, reaction time was 80 min, and the volume fraction of H _ 2S gas was 30% at 35 鈩,
