濕法氧化脫硝并聯(lián)與串聯(lián)工藝對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:為研究濕法氧化脫除煙氣中NO的效果,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試和理論計(jì)算相結(jié)合的方法,選取了H_2O_2、NaClO_2和KMnO_43種氧化劑,在鼓泡反應(yīng)裝置中,測(cè)試氧化劑的氧化溫度和濃度對(duì)脫硝效果的影響,確定了最優(yōu)脫硝條件,在最優(yōu)條件下分別進(jìn)行了并聯(lián)及串聯(lián)的脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,在30℃,1 000 m L濃度為0.045%的NaClO_2與40℃,500 m L濃度為0.2%的KMnO_4串聯(lián)脫硝效率最高,達(dá)95%以上。而采用KMnO_4并聯(lián)脫硝效率為83%,明顯低于串聯(lián)效果。得出結(jié)論:處理相同量的氮氧化物,串聯(lián)比并聯(lián)的脫硝效率高得多。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of wet oxidation to remove no from flue gas, the H _ 2O _ 2 / NaClO _ 2 and KMnO_43 oxidants were selected by combining experimental test and theoretical calculation. The effect of oxidation temperature and concentration of oxidant on denitrification effect was tested in the bubbling reactor. The optimal denitrification conditions were determined and the experiments of denitrification in parallel and in series were carried out under the optimal conditions. The results showed that the effect of oxidation temperature and concentration of oxidant on denitrification effect was studied. The highest denitrification efficiency was achieved at 30 鈩,
