【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)工業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程的加快,無組織粉塵排放現(xiàn)象日益突出,嚴(yán)重危害了自然環(huán)境和人類生活。中國(guó)快速發(fā)展中城市的迅速擴(kuò)張,工業(yè)化程度不斷提高,在諸多因素交互作用下粉塵污染問題日益突出,已成為中國(guó)多數(shù)城市的首要空氣污染物。近年來全國(guó)出現(xiàn)霧霾天氣的城市數(shù)量和天數(shù)也在大幅上升,空中,F(xiàn)多云、多霧、渾濁,給正常的生產(chǎn)、生活活動(dòng)帶來不便。 環(huán)境科學(xué)與流行病學(xué)等學(xué)科都已證明粉塵對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展有極大危害,嚴(yán)重影響人們的工作生活質(zhì)量。目前的粉塵污染現(xiàn)狀使空氣環(huán)境不能滿足社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。目前,我國(guó)工業(yè)無組織粉塵排放源主要來源于水泥和鋼鐵等行業(yè)。 本文在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展及污染治理的基礎(chǔ)上,以大連某一日產(chǎn)5000噸熟料水泥有限公司為研究對(duì)象,開展了水泥行業(yè)粉塵無組織排放核算方法研究,主要內(nèi)容包括 (1)在總結(jié)分析我國(guó)水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了無組織排放量核算方法的相關(guān)研究概況。 (2)結(jié)合大連市水泥行業(yè)無組織粉塵排放量的核算現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)各類計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了評(píng)述分析。 (3)以新型干法生產(chǎn)水泥企業(yè)為例,運(yùn)用不同方法計(jì)算企業(yè)無組織粉塵的排放量,并利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 (4)根據(jù)對(duì)比分析結(jié)果,提出加權(quán)計(jì)算水泥企業(yè)無組織粉塵排放量計(jì)算方法。 本論文的研究結(jié)果將為今后水泥行業(yè)無組織排放核算方法提供參考,為環(huán)境保護(hù)部門依法行政提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization in China, the phenomenon of unorganized dust emission has become increasingly prominent, seriously endangering the natural environment and human life. The rapid expansion of China's rapidly developing cities, the degree of industrialization continues to improve. Under the interaction of many factors, dust pollution has become the leading air pollutant in most cities in China. In recent years, the number and days of haze weather in cities have also increased significantly. The sky is often cloudy, fog, turbidity, to normal production, life activities bring inconvenience. Environmental science and epidemiology have proved that dust has great harm to economic and social development. Seriously affect the quality of people's work and life. The present dust pollution situation makes the air environment can not meet the requirements of social and economic sustainable development. Industrial unorganized dust emission in China mainly comes from cement and iron and steel industries. On the basis of studying the development and pollution control of cement industry at home and abroad, this paper takes a certain clinker cement co., Ltd. With daily output of 5000 tons in Dalian as the research object. The methods of dust non-organized emission accounting in cement industry are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1) on the basis of summing up and analyzing the present situation of cement industry development in China, this paper expounds the research situation of unorganized emission accounting method. Combined with the current situation of calculation of unorganized dust emissions in Dalian cement industry, various calculation methods are reviewed and analyzed. Taking a new dry process cement production enterprise as an example, different methods are used to calculate the emission of unorganized dust, and the results of field monitoring are compared and analyzed. 4) according to the results of comparative analysis, a weighted calculation method of unorganized dust emission in cement enterprises is put forward. The results of this paper will provide a reference for the unorganized emission accounting method of cement industry in the future, and provide technical support for the environmental protection department to administer according to law.
