【摘要】：污泥淤沙分離器能夠分離去除活性污泥中的細(xì)微泥沙,提高活性污泥的MLVSS/MLSS值,有利于污水處理系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。通過向生化池污泥混合液中投加不同粒徑的細(xì)微泥沙,研究了細(xì)微泥沙的懸浮時(shí)間對(duì)污泥淤沙分離性能及其懸浮態(tài)勢(shì)的影響,為污泥淤沙分離系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行模式的設(shè)置提供理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)果顯示,粒徑33μm的細(xì)微泥沙呈自由懸浮態(tài)勢(shì),不受懸浮時(shí)間的影響;14μm粒徑≤33μm的細(xì)微泥沙在初期呈自由懸浮態(tài)勢(shì),懸浮15 d后呈卷捕附著態(tài)勢(shì);粒徑≤14μm的細(xì)微泥沙進(jìn)入生化池后,快速被活性污泥絮體卷捕。粒徑為33μm的細(xì)微泥沙被污泥絮體卷捕后,分離器的分離度、除沙效率分別降低了41.0%、30.4%,表明細(xì)微泥沙呈卷捕附著態(tài)勢(shì)不利于污泥淤沙分離。由于細(xì)微泥沙主要由降雨徑流帶入,因此降雨期及降雨后的一段時(shí)間應(yīng)運(yùn)行污泥淤沙分離系統(tǒng),避免14μm粒徑≤33μm的細(xì)微泥沙被活性污泥絮體卷捕,降低了淤沙分離效果。
[Abstract]:Sludge silt separator can separate and remove fine sediment from activated sludge and improve the MLVSS/MLSS value of activated sludge. It is beneficial to the stable operation of the sewage treatment system. The influence of the suspended time of the fine sediment on the separation performance of sludge silt and its suspending situation was studied by adding different fine silt particles to the sludge mixture of the biochemical tank.
