【摘要】:采用鋁電極電絮凝技術(shù)對水中染料鉻黑T(EBT)進(jìn)行處理,研究了間歇和連續(xù)不同的操作方式下電絮凝過程分離效率的差異.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)電流密度和停留時(shí)間相同時(shí),在停留時(shí)間較短的情況下,間歇電絮凝過程產(chǎn)生鋁氫氧化物絮體的不均勻性,導(dǎo)致絮體的吸附量低于連續(xù)電絮凝過程,從而使連續(xù)電絮凝的處理效率優(yōu)于間歇過程;而在停留時(shí)間較長時(shí),連續(xù)電絮凝過程的返混較強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致了連續(xù)過程的處理效率低于間歇過程.此外,針對連續(xù)電絮凝過程,考察了停留時(shí)間、電流密度和初始pH值對EBT溶液脫色率和COD去除率的影響.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):經(jīng)連續(xù)電絮凝處理后,染料溶液的脫色率高于COD的去除率;同時(shí)當(dāng)溶液初始pH值為6時(shí),EBT溶液的脫色率和COD的去除率最高.
[Abstract]:The dye chrome black TEBT in water was treated with aluminum electrode electroflocculation technique. The difference of separation efficiency between batch and continuous operation modes was studied. The results showed that when the current density and residence time were the same, the residence time was short. The non-uniformity of aluminum hydroxide flocs is produced in the intermittent electrocoagulation process, which leads to the lower adsorption capacity of the flocs than the continuous electroflocculation process, which makes the treatment efficiency of continuous electrocoagulation better than that of the batch process. However, when the residence time is longer, the backmixing of the continuous electrocoagulation process is stronger, which leads to the treatment efficiency of the continuous process is lower than that of the batch process. In addition, the residence time is investigated for the continuous electroflocculation process. Effects of current density and initial pH value on decolorization rate and COD removal rate of EBT solution. The results showed that the decolorization efficiency of dye solution was higher than that of COD after continuous electrocoagulation treatment. At the same time, when the initial pH value of the solution is 6:00, the decolorization rate and the COD removal rate of the solution are the highest.
