【摘要】：在鼓泡流化床鍋爐(296 MW)中混合燃燒木渣和泥煤產(chǎn)生的底灰和粉煤灰中含有石英(SiO_2)、微斜長(zhǎng)石(KAlSi_3O_8)和鈉長(zhǎng)石(NaAlSi_3O_8)。X射線衍射不能區(qū)分從底灰和粉煤灰中釋放的相關(guān)重金屬。為了評(píng)估不同環(huán)境條件下底灰和粉煤灰中重金屬的釋放情況,根據(jù)BCR工藝將底灰和粉煤灰中的重金屬依次萃取和分離成酸性可溶/可交換(CH_3COOH)、可還原(NH_2OH-HCl)和可氧化(H_2O_2/CH_3COONH_4)相,利用冰醋酸萃取組分和重金屬總濃度計(jì)算從底灰和粉煤灰中浸出重金屬的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)。浸出研究表明,從底灰和粉煤灰中萃取的不同組分中重金屬量不同。從環(huán)境和利用前景來(lái)看,底灰和粉煤灰中的重金屬具有不同水平環(huán)境污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn),只有底灰中的砷呈現(xiàn)非常高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。底灰中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)金屬是鎘,而粉煤灰中的是砷、鎘和硒。
[Abstract]:In a bubbling fluidized bed boiler (296MW), the bottom ash and fly ash produced by mixed combustion of wood slag and peat contain quartz SiO2). Microplagioclase KAlSi3O8) and albite / NaAlSi3OS). X ray diffraction can not distinguish the heavy metals released from bottom ash and fly ash. In order to evaluate the release of heavy metals from bottom ash and fly ash under different environmental conditions. According to BCR process, heavy metals in ash and bottom ash were extracted and separated into acidic soluble / exchangeable CH3COOH. The reducible NH2OH-HCl) and the oxidized H2O-hs _ 2O _ _ _. The risk assessment index of heavy metals leaching from ash and fly ash was calculated by using acetic acid extraction components and total concentration of heavy metals. The contents of heavy metals in different components extracted from bottom ash and fly ash are different. From the perspective of environment and utilization prospects, heavy metals in bottom ash and fly ash have different levels of environmental pollution risk. Only arsenic in the bottom ash presents a very high risk. The high risk metal in the bottom ash is cadmium, while in fly ash it is arsenic, cadmium and selenium.
