【摘要】:污水生物處理中,對胞外多聚物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)進行成分分析是理解污泥穩(wěn)定性、絮凝性以及相關(guān)生物代謝機制的重要基礎(chǔ)。通過對比研究傳統(tǒng)的序批式反應器(sequencing batch reactor,SBR)中懸浮活性污泥和序批式移動床生物膜反應器(sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor,SBMBBR)中生物膜特性以及2種反應器在低溫運行中3種形態(tài)污泥EPS成分,探討了EPS成分對低溫(6℃和10℃)條件下,2種反應器的適應性及污染物去除效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:在低溫條件下,胞外蛋白質(zhì)(protein,PN)為各種形態(tài)污泥EPS中的主要成分,緊密附著型EPS(tightly-bound EPS,TB-EPS)占EPS總量的比例最高;有機負荷和水溫度等工藝條件的變化對EPS中PN和胞外多糖(polysaccharides,PS)的單位體積質(zhì)量比PN/PS影響較大;懸浮活性污泥EPS中PN/PS比生物膜的低;10℃時反應器低負荷運行時污泥的EPS含量大于高負荷運行時的,而6℃時各種形態(tài)污泥中EPS含量隨負荷的升高呈現(xiàn)出上升的趨勢。
[Abstract]:In the biological treatment of sewage, the composition analysis of extracellular polymeric substrates is to understand the stability of sludge. The flocculability and the important basis of the related biological metabolic mechanism. The traditional sequencing batch reactor was studied by comparison. The suspended activated sludge and sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor (MBR) were sequenced with batch moving bed biofilm reactor.
