【摘要】:為了研究重金屬元素在蚯蚓體內(nèi)的富集和存儲(chǔ)機(jī)制,使用同步輻射微區(qū)X射線熒光光譜法(μ-SRXRF)研究了K,Ca,Cu,Zn和Pb元素在生長(zhǎng)于南京棲霞山鉛鋅礦區(qū)附近菜園土壤的蚯蚓體內(nèi)的分布特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)Pb主要富集在蚯蚓后部消化道周圍的區(qū)域,Zn,Cu在蚯蚓后部的分布規(guī)律與Pb類似,推測(cè)后部消化道周圍區(qū)域的分布是蚯蚓為了阻斷毒性重金屬元素威脅而特有的富集和存儲(chǔ)方式。5種元素的相關(guān)性表明,Pb和Zn相關(guān)性最高,存儲(chǔ)方式最為相似,Pb與K和Ca在蚯蚓后部的分布呈顯著正相關(guān),說明毒性元素Pb在蚯蚓體內(nèi)的富集和存儲(chǔ)過程可能伴隨著其它元素的吸收。本研究表明,μ-SRXRF在原位微區(qū)分析蚯蚓樣品的元素空間分布方面具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì),而進(jìn)一步開展土壤及蚯蚓中Pb的形態(tài)研究,是研究重金屬脅迫下蚯蚓解毒機(jī)制的重要前提。
[Abstract]:In order to study the accumulation and storage mechanism of heavy metal elements in earthworms, the synchrotron radiation microregion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (渭 -SRXRF-) was used to study the mechanism of accumulation and storage of heavy metals in earthworms. The distribution characteristics of Zn and Pb elements in the soil of vegetable garden near Qixia Mountain, Nanjing, China. It is found that Pb is mainly concentrated in the area around the digestive tract of the back of earthworm. The distribution of Cu in the back of earthworm is similar to that of Pb. It is inferred that the distribution of the surrounding area of the posterior digestive tract is the characteristic enrichment and storage mode of the earthworm in order to block the threat of toxic heavy metal elements, which indicates that the correlation between Pb and Zn is the highest. The distribution of Pb, K and Ca in the back of earthworm was significantly positive correlation. It is suggested that the accumulation and storage process of toxic element Pb in earthworm may be accompanied by the absorption of other elements. 渭 -SRXRF has great advantages in analyzing the spatial distribution of elements in earthworm samples in situ, and further studies on the morphology of Pb in soil and earthworm have been carried out. It is an important premise to study the detoxification mechanism of earthworms under heavy metal stress.
