【摘要】:在濕法煉鋅工藝中,熱酸浸出-黃鉀鐵礬法由于鐵礬渣過濾性能好,易于沉降、過濾和洗滌,因而被廣泛用于浸出液除鐵過程。但是該工藝所產(chǎn)鐵礬渣渣量大,重金屬含量高,長期堆存容易造成環(huán)境污染。為了消除鐵礬渣對環(huán)境的危害問題,同時(shí)作為二次資源從渣中回收有價(jià)金屬,提出了“微波硫酸化焙燒-水浸-針鐵礦法除鐵”處理鐵礬渣的新工藝。將鐵礬渣與濃硫酸混合后進(jìn)行微波焙燒,焙燒渣進(jìn)行水浸和固液分離后,得到富含有價(jià)金屬Fe、Zn、In、Cu、Ag和Cd等的浸出液和富含Pb的浸出渣;浸出液采用針鐵礦法除鐵,得到可用作煉鐵添加料的鐵渣,而除鐵后的溶液可返回濕法煉鋅系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)一步回收其中的有價(jià)金屬Zn、In、Cu、Cd和Ag等,富含Pb的浸出渣可用作火法煉鉛的添加料。硫酸化焙燒-水浸實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在硫酸(90 wt.%)用量為渣重的36%、微波焙燒溫度250℃、保溫時(shí)間30min、浸出溫度50℃、浸出時(shí)間1h、攪拌速度300r/min、液固比4:1的優(yōu)化工藝條件下,Fe、Zn、In、Cu、Ag和Cd的浸出率分別達(dá)到89.4%、80.7%、85.1%、90.7%、61.3%和48.8%,而Pb則基本以PbSO4的形式富集于浸出渣中。浸出液針鐵礦法除鐵實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在pH值為3.0、溫度90℃、浸出液滴加速度3mL/5min、晶種添加量20g/L的優(yōu)化工藝條件下,除鐵率可達(dá)到99.3%,而其余有價(jià)金屬的損失率均很小,所得到的除鐵渣中鐵的含量為47.08%。
[Abstract]:In the process of zinc hydrometallurgy process in hot acid leaching jarosite slag due to good filtering performance, easy sedimentation, filtration and washing, which is widely used in the leaching process of iron removal. But this process produced by jarosite residue and heavy metal content is high, the long-term storage is easy to cause environmental pollution. In order to eliminate the hazards of jarosite slag on the environment, at the same time as the two resource recovery of valuable metals from slag, put forward the "microwave sulfated roasting water leaching by goethite in addition to the new technology of iron processing slag. The slag mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid after microwave roasting roasting slag by soaking in water and solid-liquid separation, are rich in valuable metals Fe, Zn, In, Cu, Ag and Cd leaching residue leaching liquid and rich Pb; leaching solution using goethite iron removal method, can be used as additives to get ironmaking slag, and in addition to the solution of iron into a wet back zinc smelting system Step recovery of these metals Zn, In, Cu, Cd and Ag, Pb rich slag can be used as leaching additive lead pyrometallurgy. Sulphation roasting and water leaching experiments show that in sulfuric acid (90 wt.%) was 36% of the weight of slag, microwave roasting temperature of 250 DEG C, holding time 30min. The leaching temperature of 50 DEG C, extraction time 1H, stirring speed 300r/min, liquid-solid ratio optimization conditions of 4:1, Fe, Zn, In, Cu, Ag and Cd leaching rate of 89.4%, respectively, 80.7%, 85.1%, 90.7%, 61.3% and 48.8%, while the Pb is in the form of PbSO4 enrichment in leaching residues needle. Leaching solution of iron ore removal by iron experiment shows that when the pH value is 3, 90 degrees Celsius temperature, leaching liquid droplet acceleration 3mL/5min, the seed amount of 20g/L under the optimal conditions, the iron removal rate can reach 99.3%, while the rest of the valuable metal loss rate is very small, resulting in iron slag the content is 47.08%.
