【摘要】:本文在研究了環(huán)境質(zhì)量分析所采用的理論與研究方法,詳述陜西省的背景條件的基礎(chǔ)上分別對(duì)于陜西省大氣環(huán)境、水環(huán)境、環(huán)境噪聲三大類環(huán)境情況進(jìn)行分析。大氣環(huán)境方面:研究了大氣環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)的概念、目的、主要內(nèi)容、主要的大氣環(huán)境污染物,進(jìn)行基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的陜西大氣質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的工作研究,獲得陜西省大氣質(zhì)量在年際間的變化趨勢(shì),以及三大污染物對(duì)于環(huán)境情況的權(quán)重。同時(shí),在空間上與年際間對(duì)陜西省十市一區(qū)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。水環(huán)境方面:對(duì)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行概述,分析了陜西省水質(zhì)狀況、各河流的水質(zhì)狀況、飲用水水源地水質(zhì)狀況,把握陜西省水環(huán)境在年際間變化規(guī)律,以及從空間上進(jìn)行幾大主要河流之間的比較,以及河流自身年際間的變化情況,并對(duì)陜西省地表水主要污染物分析,獲取對(duì)污染貢獻(xiàn)率最大的污染因子。環(huán)境噪聲方面:對(duì)于噪聲的基礎(chǔ)概念和環(huán)境噪聲功能區(qū)的劃分進(jìn)行闡述,分析陜西省年際間的聲環(huán)境狀況以及功能區(qū)環(huán)境噪聲超標(biāo)情況,對(duì)環(huán)境噪聲年際間的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模糊評(píng)價(jià),得出陜西省環(huán)境噪聲的治理狀況,為后續(xù)環(huán)境噪聲的控制與治理提供可靠的科學(xué)根據(jù)。結(jié)合陜西省大氣環(huán)境、水環(huán)境、環(huán)境噪聲三大方面的分析,獲得陜西省環(huán)境狀況的總體分析,結(jié)合每一類別環(huán)境分析時(shí)掌握的主要污染源,有針對(duì)性地提出合理化的環(huán)境預(yù)防和治理建議,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、技術(shù)形勢(shì),提出總體上的合理化建議。根據(jù)對(duì)陜西省環(huán)境狀況的分析,可以掌握到:全省環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量保持穩(wěn)定,陜西省大氣中的主要污染物PM10對(duì)大氣污染的貢獻(xiàn)率是最大的,研究表明,燃煤排放與揚(yáng)塵是陜西省PM10的首要污染源。陜西省進(jìn)行大氣環(huán)境污染預(yù)防與治理的時(shí)候,著重針對(duì)PM10的來(lái)源及特性進(jìn)行研究,應(yīng)當(dāng)針對(duì)燃煤排放進(jìn)行有效地治理。陜西省水環(huán)境方面,6條主要河流水質(zhì)繼續(xù)穩(wěn)中趨好,渭河的治理工作進(jìn)展順利,污染狀況得到控制,治理優(yōu)化工作也取得了成果。陜西省的飲用水水源地的水質(zhì)狀況非常好。幾大主要污染物中,石油類的污染分擔(dān)率是最大的,進(jìn)行水環(huán)境治理時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)重點(diǎn)考慮石油類污染物的源頭控制,和針對(duì)石油類污染采取技術(shù)促進(jìn)其分解。陜西省環(huán)境噪聲方面的狀況較好,在開展環(huán)境噪聲預(yù)防和治理工作的時(shí)候,還可以有針對(duì)性地加以改善,采取措施開展環(huán)境保護(hù)工作,取得更好的效果。
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying the theory and research methods of environmental quality analysis and describing the background conditions of Shaanxi Province, this paper respectively deals with the atmospheric environment and water environment of Shaanxi Province. Environmental noise analysis of three categories of environmental conditions. Atmospheric environment: atmospheric environmental assessment of the concept, purpose, main content, the main atmospheric environmental pollutants. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper studies the atmospheric quality evaluation of Shaanxi Province, and obtains the variation trend of the air quality in Shaanxi province between years, and the weight of the three pollutants to the environment. At the same time. In the space and interannual comparative analysis of ten cities and one district in Shaanxi Province. Water environment: water quality monitoring technology is summarized, analysis of water quality in Shaanxi Province, the water quality of each river. The water quality of drinking water source area, the law of water environment change in Shaanxi province between years, the comparison of several major rivers in space, and the changes of rivers themselves among different years. The main pollutants of surface water in Shaanxi Province are analyzed to obtain the pollution factors which contribute the most to the pollution rate. Environmental noise: the basic concept of noise and the division of environmental noise functional areas are expounded. This paper analyzes the situation of sound environment in Shaanxi Province and the situation of environmental noise exceeding the standard in the functional area, and carries on fuzzy evaluation to the data between years of environmental noise, and obtains the condition of environmental noise control in Shaanxi Province. This paper provides a reliable scientific basis for the control and control of environmental noise in Shaanxi Province. Combined with the analysis of three aspects of atmospheric environment, water environment and environmental noise in Shaanxi Province, the overall analysis of the environmental situation in Shaanxi Province is obtained. Combined with the main pollution sources in each category of environmental analysis, the rational environmental prevention and control suggestions are put forward, and combined with the current economic, policy, and technical situation. According to the analysis of the environmental situation in Shaanxi Province, it can be understood that the environmental air quality of the whole province remains stable. The contribution rate of PM10 to air pollution is the largest in Shaanxi Province, the research shows. Coal combustion emission and dust is the primary pollution source of PM10 in Shaanxi Province. When Shaanxi Province carries on the prevention and control of air pollution, it focuses on the source and characteristics of PM10. The water quality of 6 main rivers in Shaanxi Province continues to stabilize and improve. The treatment of Weihe River is progressing smoothly and the pollution situation is under control. The water quality of drinking water sources in Shaanxi Province is very good. Among the major pollutants, petroleum pollution sharing rate is the largest. The source control of petroleum pollutants and the technology to promote the decomposition of petroleum pollution should be considered in the process of water environment treatment. The environmental noise in Shaanxi Province is better. In carrying out the work of environmental noise prevention and control, we can also improve it, take measures to carry out environmental protection, and achieve better results.
