【摘要】：自從改革開放以來,我國越來越關(guān)注環(huán)境問題的研究與解決,伴隨著30多年的努力,我們對生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的認(rèn)識經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)漫長的蛻變過程。從我國所走過的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)道路來看,既存在著豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對此我們必須進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)并加以傳承,也存在著諸多教訓(xùn),對此我們更應(yīng)該吸收其中的精華,并加以改善,最終推動生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的良性發(fā)展。本文正是在此基礎(chǔ)上,對我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的歷程以及基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)做以總結(jié),以期能夠?yàn)槲磥砦覈鷳B(tài)文明建設(shè)的發(fā)展與推進(jìn)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和思維理路。本文由四章構(gòu)成：第一章緒論。闡明論文的選題背景和研究意義；對生態(tài)文明、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)以及生態(tài)文明建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等概念進(jìn)行界定；概括說明國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；提出文本的研究思路和方法。第二章生態(tài)文明建設(shè)歷程梳理。本章主要概述我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)歷程,概括而言,我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)歷經(jīng)三個(gè)階段：萌芽起步階段、奠基形成階段和深入發(fā)展階段。旨在通過歷程介紹理清我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),為后文寫作奠定清晰的源頭基礎(chǔ)。第三章生態(tài)文明建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析。闡明我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)已取得的成就和面臨的困境,通過系統(tǒng)分析我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,為后文總結(jié)我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。第四章生態(tài)文明建設(shè)基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。此章為本論文的寫作重點(diǎn)也是核心部分,即我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),通過前文概念的鋪墊、歷程的梳理以及現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的六條基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)：一是走中國特色生態(tài)文明建設(shè)之路；二是與“四個(gè)”建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)同步；三是注重生態(tài)文明建設(shè)實(shí)踐探索；四是加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文明制度創(chuàng)新；五是強(qiáng)化生態(tài)文明建設(shè)主體力量；六是加強(qiáng)國際間生態(tài)文明建設(shè)交流合作。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has paid more and more attention to the research and solution of environmental problems, along with more than 30 years of efforts. Our understanding of the construction of ecological civilization has experienced a long process of transformation. From the perspective of the construction of ecological civilization in China, there is already rich experience. To this we must carry on the systematic summary and carries on the inheritance, also has many lessons, to this we should absorb the essence, and should improve. On the basis of this, this paper summarizes the course and basic experience of ecological civilization construction in China. In order to provide a solid theoretical basis and thinking path for the development and promotion of ecological civilization construction in the future, this paper is composed of four chapters: chapter one, introduction, expounding the background and significance of the thesis; The concepts of ecological civilization, ecological civilization construction and ecological civilization construction experience are defined. Summarize the current situation of domestic and foreign research; Put forward the research ideas and methods of the text. The second chapter combed the course of ecological civilization construction. This chapter mainly summarizes the process of ecological civilization construction in China, generally speaking. The construction of ecological civilization in China has gone through three stages: the initial stage of germination, the stage of foundation formation and the stage of further development, in order to clarify the development context of the construction of ecological civilization in China through the introduction of the course. The third chapter analyzes the status quo of ecological civilization construction in China. It clarifies the achievements and difficulties of ecological civilization construction in China, and analyzes the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China through systematic analysis. It lays a solid foundation for summing up the basic experience of the construction of ecological civilization in our country. 4th chapter is the summary of the basic experience of the construction of ecological civilization. This chapter is also the core part of this paper. That is, the basic experience of the construction of ecological civilization in China summary, through the preceding concept of bedding, the process of combing and analysis of the current situation. Six basic experiences of ecological civilization construction are summarized: one is to take the road of ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics; Second, coordinate with the "four" construction; Third, pay attention to the practical exploration of ecological civilization construction; Fourth, strengthen the system innovation of ecological civilization; Fifth, strengthen the main force of ecological civilization construction; Sixth, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in the construction of ecological civilization.
