【摘要】:隨著全國機動車數(shù)量爆炸式增長,城市人口大、人均道路面積小、公共交通發(fā)展滯后,使得空氣質量每況愈下。環(huán)境監(jiān)測表明,機動車尾氣排放是城市空氣污染的主要來源,我省陰霾天氣增多和機動車排放的氮氧化物、PM2.5直接相關。據統(tǒng)計,每年全省機動車保有量比上一年增長14%,轉出及注銷3.8%,氮氧化物排放呈快速增長趨勢。本系統(tǒng)在查閱大量的國內外系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀的同時,分析了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的可行性,同時對系統(tǒng)進行了現(xiàn)場調研和需求分析,通過對監(jiān)控業(yè)務的分析,構建系統(tǒng)的整體框架,系統(tǒng)的用例模型、狀態(tài)模型,在系統(tǒng)網絡部署上實現(xiàn)了基于VLAN的方式,方便系統(tǒng)中心和各個地區(qū)的數(shù)據連接,在對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據庫設計時,利用ER圖對系統(tǒng)的各類數(shù)據庫表格建立模型,減少數(shù)據冗余,優(yōu)化數(shù)據結構,最終實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控中心,環(huán)保數(shù)據統(tǒng)計,決策分析,公眾查詢,視頻監(jiān)控等系統(tǒng),最后,利用黑盒測試對系統(tǒng)進行功能性測試,同時設計部分測試用例對系統(tǒng)進行性能測試,保證系統(tǒng)在穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境下正常運行。在對機動車尾氣監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)構建和實施過程中,實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控和管理信息的有效整合。在全國機動車尾氣監(jiān)控行業(yè)中,太原市以信息化技術對汽車尾氣進行監(jiān)控管理的城市,本文所述的汽車尾氣監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)使得本地區(qū)的尾氣排放管理上升到一個新的高度,為全國的尾氣排放監(jiān)控提供一個更為重要的科學依據。
[Abstract]:With the explosive growth of the number of motor vehicles in China, the urban population is large, the per capita road area is small, and the development of public transport lags behind, which makes the air quality worse and worse. Motor vehicle exhaust emission is the main source of urban air pollution. The increase of haze weather in our province is directly related to the emission of nitrogen oxide PM2.5. According to statistics. Compared with the previous year, the number of motor vehicles in the province increased by 14%, the transfer and write-off of 3.8%, nitrogen oxide emissions showed a rapid growth trend. This system is looking up a large number of domestic and foreign systems at the same time. The feasibility of the system development is analyzed. At the same time, the field investigation and requirement analysis of the system are carried out. Through the analysis of the monitoring business, the overall framework of the system, the use case model and the state model of the system are constructed. In the system network deployment based on the way of VLAN, facilitate the system center and each region of the data connection, in the system database design. Using ER diagram to build up the model of all kinds of database tables of the system, reduce the data redundancy, optimize the data structure, finally realize the monitoring center, environmental protection data statistics, decision analysis, public inquiry, video surveillance and other systems. Finally, the function of the system is tested by black box test, and some test cases are designed to test the performance of the system. In the process of construction and implementation of vehicle exhaust monitoring system, the effective integration of monitoring and management information is realized. Taiyuan City with the information technology to monitor and manage the vehicle exhaust in the city, the vehicle exhaust monitoring system described in this paper makes the exhaust emission management in this area to a new level. It provides a more important scientific basis for national emission monitoring.
