【摘要】:為提高環(huán)氧氯丙烷胺型絮凝劑的絮凝性能,以三乙烯四胺為交聯(lián)劑,以環(huán)氧氯丙烷、二甲胺為原料,制備了季銨鹽陽(yáng)離子絮凝劑(記為TER),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了紅外、核磁表征;同時(shí)分別以六次甲基四胺、二乙烯三胺、乙二胺為交聯(lián)劑制備絮凝劑HMTA、DET、ED,采用4種絮凝劑對(duì)莫言湖水進(jìn)行絮凝沉降試驗(yàn),并與未改性絮凝劑進(jìn)行對(duì)比;研究了絮凝劑投加量、溫度及與PFC(聚合氯化鐵)復(fù)配等因素對(duì)TER絮凝劑除濁效果的影響.結(jié)果表明:TER的陽(yáng)離子度的測(cè)定結(jié)果為57.3%,在相同條件下,TER對(duì)莫言湖水樣的除濁率能達(dá)到93.7%,優(yōu)于HMTA、DET、ED及未改性絮凝劑(分別為7.4%、70.9%、8.1%、7.0%).單因素試驗(yàn)確定其最佳絮凝除濁溫度為55℃,最佳投加量為30 mg/L.研究顯示,TER與PFC的復(fù)配比單獨(dú)使用PFC的除濁率提高了5%~25%不等,并能大幅減少TER投加量,降低處理成本.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the flocculation performance of epichlorohydrin flocculant, quaternary ammonium cationic flocculant (TER) was prepared with triethylenetetramine as crosslinking agent, epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as raw materials. It was characterized by IR and NMR. At the same time, the flocculant HMTADETEDD was prepared by using hexamethylenetetramine, diethylenetriamine and ethylenediamine as crosslinking agent, respectively. Four flocculants were used to flocculate and settle the Moyan lake water. And compared with the unmodified flocculant. The effects of the dosage of flocculant, temperature and the combination of flocculant and PFC on the turbidity removal of TER flocculant were studied. The results showed that the cationic degree of TER flocculant was 57.3%. Under the same conditions, the turbidity removal rate of Moyan lake water was 93.771%, which was better than that of HMTADETED and unmodified flocculant (7.4% or 70.9%, respectively).
