【摘要】:目前,大慶油田每年用于聚驅(qū)配注的聚合物干粉用量已達(dá)到6×104噸,為了節(jié)約清水用量進(jìn)而降低聚合物驅(qū)油成本,大慶油田建成了利用深度處理含聚污水稀釋抗鹽性聚合物溶液的配注站。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)不僅緩解了含油污水回注困難的狀況,同時(shí)也解決了污水排放需要大量處理費(fèi)用的問(wèn)題。但含聚廢水深度處理過(guò)程中存在濾速低、濾罐多、占地面積大、處理量小等問(wèn)題。從節(jié)約水資源和降低運(yùn)行成本的角度考慮,采用普通含聚污水作為聚合物溶液稀釋水將成為今后大慶油田聚合物配制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本課題以深度處理后含聚廢水和普通含聚污水為研究對(duì)象,展開(kāi)普通含聚污水作為聚合物溶液稀釋水的可行性研究,對(duì)比水質(zhì)分析結(jié)果得出結(jié)論:兩種水質(zhì)主要差別在懸浮固體含量和含油量,普通含聚污水的含油量及懸浮固體含量遠(yuǎn)高于深度處理后含聚污水,而且普通含聚污水中Fe2+含量也略高于深度處理后含聚污水。通過(guò)分析普通含聚污水中各種成分對(duì)于聚合物溶液粘度的影響及其相關(guān)變化趨勢(shì),確定含聚污水中各離子對(duì)含聚污水稀釋聚合物溶液粘度的影響大小順序?yàn)镕e2+S2-Mg2+Ca2+Fe3+Na+。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)含聚污水中的油與懸浮固體含量基本對(duì)聚合物溶液粘度不產(chǎn)生影響,而高礦化度會(huì)導(dǎo)致聚合物溶液的急劇降粘。針對(duì)主要影響因素,選擇出能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)較好增粘效果且經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的普通含聚污水處理方法,通過(guò)對(duì)比試驗(yàn),確定降低礦化度、投加絡(luò)合劑去除鈣鎂離子、投加氧化劑、曝氧等方法均可有效提高含聚污水稀釋聚合物溶液的粘度。比較分析這幾種增粘方法,認(rèn)為曝氧法是最為高效經(jīng)濟(jì)的增粘方法。為了進(jìn)一步證實(shí)將曝氧法應(yīng)用于處理普通含聚污水的可行性并確定最佳曝氧方法和處理參數(shù),在六廠喇270站進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:空壓機(jī)和射流器兩種曝氧方式去除還原性物質(zhì)的效果相當(dāng)。從溶氧效果角度來(lái)看,空壓機(jī)溶氧效果好于射流器溶氧,且在同等氣水比條件下稀釋聚合物母液后的粘度卻基本相同。從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度選擇空壓機(jī)進(jìn)行曝氧。當(dāng)氣水比為0.6時(shí),深度含聚污水稀釋聚合物溶液的粘度達(dá)到最大值48.5 mpa·s,當(dāng)氣水比為0.8時(shí),普通含聚污水稀釋聚合物溶液的粘度達(dá)到最大值43.7 mpa·s。普通含聚污水稀釋母液粘度基本達(dá)到深度水稀釋聚合物母液粘度,證實(shí)利用曝氧工藝處理含聚污水用于稀釋聚合物溶液的方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:At present, the amount of polymer dry powder used for polymer flooding and polymer injection has reached 6 * 104 tons every year in Daqing oilfield. In order to save water consumption and reduce the cost of polymer flooding, Daqing oilfield has built a distribution station for deep treatment of polymer containing wastewater and dilute salt resistant polymer solution. This technology not only alleviates the difficult situation of the reinjection of oily sewage, but also solves the problem that the sewage discharge needs a lot of treatment costs. However, there are many problems in the process of wastewater treatment, such as low filtration rate, large filter tank, large area and small amount of treatment. From the point of saving water resources and reducing operation cost, it is considered that the development trend of polymer preparation system in Daqing oilfield will be the use of ordinary polymer containing wastewater as diluent of polymer solution. This topic in depth after the treatment of wastewater containing polymers and polymer containing wastewater as the research object, expand common sewage as a feasibility study of polymer solution diluted with water, compared to water quality analysis results concluded: the main difference between the two kinds of water in the suspended solids and oil content, ordinary oil and suspended solids content in the polymer containing sewage much higher than the depth of treatment of sewage, and ordinary polymer containing Fe2+ content in sewage is also slightly higher than the depth of treatment of sewage. By analyzing the influence of various components of ordinary sewage containing polymer on the viscosity of polymer solution and its related trend of change, it is determined that the influence of ions contained in poly water on the viscosity of polymer solution diluted with polymer water is Fe2+S2-Mg2+Ca2+Fe3+Na+. It is also found that the content of oil and suspended solids in polymer containing sewage basically has no effect on the viscosity of polymer solution, and the high salinity will lead to the sharp decrease of polymer solution. According to the main influencing factors, selection can achieve better thickening effect and economical and feasible processing method of ordinary sewage containing, through contrast test, determine the lower degree of mineralization, adding complexing agent to remove calcium and magnesium ions, dosage of oxidant, oxygen exposure and other methods can effectively improve sewage dilution and the viscosity of polymer solution. Comparing and analyzing these methods, it is considered that aeration is the most efficient and economical method. In order to further confirm the feasibility of applying aeration method to treat ordinary sewage containing polymer and determine the best aeration method and processing parameters, field experiments were carried out at six 270 RAAS station. The results show that the effect of two oxygen aerator in air compressor and jet apparatus to remove the reductive substances is equal. From the point of view of dissolved oxygen, the effect of air compressor is better than that of jet oxygen, and the viscosity of polymer solution is basically the same under the same air water ratio. The air compressor is selected for aeration from the economic point of view. When the ratio of gas to water is 0.6, the viscosity of polymer solution diluted with polymer containing wastewater reaches the maximum value of 48.5 MPa? S. When the ratio of gas to water is 0.8, the viscosity of polymer solution diluted with ordinary polymer wastewater reaches the maximum value of 43.7 MPa? S. The viscosity of the diluted mother liquor of ordinary polymer containing wastewater basically reaches the viscosity of polymer solution diluted by deep water. It is proved that it is feasible to treat polymer containing wastewater by aeration process to dilute polymer solution.
