【摘要】：建設(shè)完善的生態(tài)環(huán)保市場體系是我國生態(tài)文明體制改革的重要方向。借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家從投融資體系、市場交易體系、生態(tài)補(bǔ)償體系、環(huán)境保險(xiǎn)制度等幾個(gè)維度構(gòu)建生態(tài)環(huán)保市場體系的經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國應(yīng)著力抓好投融資、PPP、生態(tài)補(bǔ)償、生態(tài)環(huán)境保險(xiǎn)等重點(diǎn)方面,以解決生態(tài)環(huán)保投資總量不足、效率不高的問題。
[Abstract]:The construction of a perfect ecological environment protection market system is an important direction for the reform of the ecological civilization system in China. From the developed countries to build the ecological environmental protection market system from several dimensions of investment and financing system, market system, ecological compensation system, environmental insurance system experience, China should focus on investment and financing, PPP, ecological compensation, ecological environment and other key aspects of insurance, in order to solve the ecological environmental problems, the total investment inefficiency.
