固旋閥塔板的性能研究

【摘要】:在內(nèi)徑為600 mm的不銹鋼塔內(nèi),以空氣-水-氧氣為物系,對固旋閥塔板的流體力學(xué)和傳質(zhì)性能進(jìn)行研究。測定了塔板傳質(zhì)效率和霧沫夾帶量,并與F1浮閥塔板進(jìn)行對比;通過計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Fluent對固旋閥塔板上氣相三維流場進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)液相噴淋密度L=5 m~3/(m~2·h)時(shí),隨著氣體負(fù)荷的逐漸增大,固旋閥塔板的傳質(zhì)效率從小于F1浮閥到逐漸接近F1浮閥,且在實(shí)驗(yàn)最大氣體負(fù)荷條件下超過了F1浮閥;當(dāng)液相噴淋密度較大時(shí),固旋閥塔板的傳質(zhì)效率高于F1浮閥塔板,且隨著氣體負(fù)荷的增大,差異越來越明顯;固旋閥塔板的霧沫夾帶比F1浮閥塔板低50%—60%,因此具有更高的氣相負(fù)荷操作上限。Fluent軟件模擬結(jié)果表明,固旋閥塔板中旋轉(zhuǎn)流場的存在促使液層分布更均勻,氣液傳質(zhì)得到進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化。
