基于烷基糖苷體系石膏發(fā)泡劑的復(fù)配研究

【摘要】:以烷基糖苷(APG)為發(fā)泡劑主組分,通過與其他表面活性劑復(fù)配,并選用聚合物羥丙基甲基纖維素(HPMC)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作為穩(wěn)泡劑,進行石膏發(fā)泡劑復(fù)配研究。通過測定發(fā)泡劑的發(fā)泡倍數(shù)、泡沫穩(wěn)定性、泌液比例的變化評價其發(fā)泡和穩(wěn)泡性能。結(jié)果表明,APG與十一烷基咪唑啉(UIZ)和PVA復(fù)配,具有較優(yōu)的發(fā)泡和穩(wěn)泡性能。較優(yōu)的條件為:m(APG0810)∶m(APG1214)∶m(UIZ)=4∶1∶2,PVA用量為聚合物與表面活性劑總質(zhì)量的10%,發(fā)泡劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.2%,1800 r/min下攪拌3 min。在此條件下,靜置1 min的發(fā)泡倍數(shù)為4.33,15 min仍能保持在3.12。該發(fā)泡劑具有較優(yōu)的發(fā)泡、穩(wěn)泡和抗泌液性能。
[Abstract]:Alkyl glycoside (APG) was used as the main component of foaming agent, and polymer hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were selected as foaming agents. The compound preparation of gypsum foaming agent was studied. The foaming and foam stability of foaming agent were evaluated by measuring the foaming multiple, foam stability and liquid secretion ratio. The results showed that the combination of APG and undecyl Imidazolin (UIZ) and PVA had better foaming and foam stability.
