環(huán)隙式離心萃取機(jī)內(nèi)部全流場(chǎng)CFD數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:離心萃取是一種新型分離技術(shù),環(huán)隙式離心萃取機(jī)正是一種利用這一技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)萃取和分離目的的新式設(shè)備,由于其具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、處理能力大、效率高、功耗低、清洗維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來(lái),被越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用于核工業(yè)、制藥、冶金、石油化工等行業(yè),發(fā)展十分迅速。本文采用CFD數(shù)值模擬和PIV測(cè)試驗(yàn)證的方法對(duì)環(huán)隙式離心萃取器內(nèi)部環(huán)隙和轉(zhuǎn)筒區(qū)域內(nèi)的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了全面而詳細(xì)的研究,揭示了環(huán)隙區(qū)域泰勒渦流的形態(tài)及其變化過(guò)程,研究了轉(zhuǎn)速、流量等操作條件對(duì)環(huán)隙區(qū)域流場(chǎng)的影響,揭示了轉(zhuǎn)筒區(qū)域內(nèi)流場(chǎng)中各相的分布及流場(chǎng)的形態(tài)、三維速度場(chǎng)和壓力場(chǎng)的變化以及影響流動(dòng)特性參數(shù)等,探討了底部葉片對(duì)流場(chǎng)的影響以及轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)部的角速度滯后現(xiàn)象。研究表明,轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)于環(huán)隙式離心萃取機(jī)內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)影響較大,尤其是對(duì)環(huán)隙區(qū)域泰勒渦流的影響,.流量的影響相對(duì)較小,得出轉(zhuǎn)速為1000r/min、流量60L/h左右為比較理想的工況,底部葉片對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)筒入口區(qū)域流場(chǎng)影響較大,螺旋形葉片更加適用。轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生角速度滯后與超前現(xiàn)象,轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)入口區(qū)域的角速度滯后影響較小,對(duì)筒體區(qū)域的角速度滯后影響較大。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal extraction is a new type of separation technology. Annular centrifugal extractor is a new type of equipment to realize the purpose of extraction and separation by using this technology. Because of its compact structure, high processing ability, high efficiency and low power consumption, centrifugal extraction is a new type of separation technology. In recent years, cleaning and maintenance are more and more used in nuclear industry, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries, the development is very rapid. In this paper, CFD numerical simulation and PIV test are used to study the flow field in the annular gap and rotating cylinder area of the annular centrifugal extractor in detail, and the morphology and variation process of Taylor vortex in the annular gap region are revealed. The effects of rotating speed and flow rate on the flow field in the annular gap region are studied, and the distribution of each phase in the flow field in the rotating cylinder area, the shape of the flow field, the changes of the three-dimensional velocity field and the pressure field, and the parameters affecting the flow characteristics are revealed. The influence of the bottom blade on the flow field and the angular velocity lag in the rotating cylinder are discussed. The results show that the rotating speed has a great influence on the flow field in the annular centrifugal extractor, especially on the Taylor vortex in the annular gap region. The influence of flow rate is relatively small, it is concluded that the rotating speed is 1000R / min, the flow rate 60L/h is about ideal working condition, the bottom blade has great influence on the flow field in the inlet area of the rotating cylinder, and the spiral blade is more suitable. The angular velocity lag and advance phenomenon occur in the rotating cylinder, and the rotational speed has little effect on the angular velocity lag in the inlet area, but has a great influence on the angular velocity lag in the cylinder area.
