鐵酸鈥與鐵酸釤納米晶的制備及其甲醛敏感特性研究

【摘要】:用固相反應(yīng)法制得鈣鈦礦型復(fù)合氧化物鐵酸鈥(HoFeO_3)與鐵酸釤(SmFeO_3)納米粒子。用X射線衍射儀和透射電鏡對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征,探討了煅燒條件對產(chǎn)物的影響,并研究了其純相材料對甲醛的敏感特性。結(jié)果表明:分別在1000℃和950℃煅燒反應(yīng)物料2h即可獲得純相HoFeO_3和SmFeO_3納米粒子;HoFeO_3與SmFeO_3元件分別在其最佳工作溫度315℃和270℃下對濃度為20×10-6甲醛氣體的靈敏度分別為20.4和3.8,響應(yīng)-恢復(fù)時間分別為25s和10s、20s和18s,具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Perovskite composite oxides holmium ferrate (HoFeO_3) and samarium ferrate (SmFeO_3) nanoparticles were prepared by solid state reaction. The product was characterized by X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope, the effect of calcination conditions on the product was discussed, and the sensitivity of pure phase material to formaldehyde was studied. The results show that pure phase HoFeO_3 and SmFeO_3 nanoparticles can be obtained by calcination at 1000 鈩,
