玉米秸稈低溫?zé)峤庵苽渖镔|(zhì)炭的特性研究

【摘要】:玉米秸稈資源豐富,為了對(duì)其進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),利用自制的低溫炭化裝置,制備了不同低溫?zé)峤獾纳镔|(zhì)炭,分析了生物質(zhì)炭的產(chǎn)率、元素組成、工業(yè)組成、比表面積和表面形貌,以期了解玉米秸稈低溫生物質(zhì)炭特性及其隨熱解溫度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:熱解溫度顯著影響玉米秸稈生物質(zhì)炭的理化特性,隨熱解溫度的升高,玉米秸稈生物質(zhì)炭的產(chǎn)率從220℃的79.8%下降到270℃的71.2%,生物質(zhì)炭中C元素含量顯著增加,而H和O元素含量下降,N和S的含量變化不大,H/C和O/C摩爾比逐漸下降;生物質(zhì)炭揮發(fā)分含量降低,固定碳含量升高;生物質(zhì)炭比表面積普遍較低,在3.8~4.4 m~2/g;生物質(zhì)炭表面形態(tài)變化不明顯,粗糙程度略有增加。
[Abstract]:Corn straw is rich in resources. In order to develop corn straw, biomass carbon with different low temperature pyrolysis was prepared by using self-made low temperature carbonization device. The yield, element composition, industrial composition, specific surface area and surface morphology of biomass carbon were analyzed. In order to understand the characteristics of low temperature biomass carbon of corn straw and its variation with pyrolysis temperature. The results showed that the pyrolysis temperature significantly affected the physical and chemical properties of corn straw biomass carbon. With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the yield of corn straw biomass carbon decreased from 79.8% at 220 鈩,
