板式鉀離子篩膜的合成及其電驅(qū)分離性能

【摘要】:采用二次水熱合成法,在板式α-Al_2O_3基膜上,以n(Si)∶n(Al)∶n(模板劑)∶n(KOH)∶n(H_2O)=36.8∶8∶1∶24.8∶771為原料配比,在200℃下合成鉀離子篩膜,并考察了晶化時(shí)間、模板劑、合成次數(shù)對(duì)鉀離子篩膜的影響.利用XRD、SEM、EDS和單一氣體滲透測(cè)試進(jìn)行表征,表明成功合成厚度約為30μm的鉀離子篩膜,其H2滲透率為20.6×10-6mol/(m~2·s·Pa),N2滲透率為8.1×10~(-6) mol/(m~2·s·Pa),αH_2/N_2=2.54,表明該膜致密均勻.電驅(qū)動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,K~+、Na~+、Mg~(2+)和Ca~(2+)的平均滲透通量分別為852.61、112.38、12.44及5.26mmol/(m~2·h),鉀離子篩膜對(duì)鉀離子的選擇性系數(shù)分別為αK/Na=7.25、αK/Mg=69.85、αK/Ca=166.06;離子通量隨著濃度、電壓和溫度的增大均增大;離子選擇性隨著電壓的增大而增大,隨著濃度的增大和溫度的升高而降低.結(jié)果表明,在直流電場(chǎng)的作用下,板式鉀離子篩膜對(duì)鉀離子具有良好的選擇分離性能.
