硫酸分解磷礦過程中稀土浸出研究

【摘要】:以貴州織金磷礦石為原料,針對硫酸分解磷礦過程中硫酸鈣結(jié)晶對稀土浸出影響展開研究,考察了晶種、硫酸化學(xué)計(jì)量比、磷酸體積分?jǐn)?shù)、Mg~(2+)和Al~(3+)對硫酸鈣晶體形貌和稀土浸出率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,晶體平均粒徑愈大,長徑比愈大,則稀土浸出率愈高。在晶種質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為15%,硫酸化學(xué)計(jì)量比為1.10,磷酸體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%,溫度為75℃,液固比為4∶1,聚乙二醇4 000質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.2%的工藝條件下,硫酸鈣晶體的平均粒徑為6.72μm,長徑比為5.9,稀土浸出率為55%。
[Abstract]:Using Guizhou Zhijin phosphate rock as raw material, the effect of calcium sulfate crystallization on rare earth leaching in the process of sulfuric acid decomposition of phosphate rock was studied. The seed, stoichiometric ratio of sulfuric acid and volume fraction of phosphoric acid were investigated. Effects of Mg~ (2) and Al~ (3) on crystal morphology and rare earth leaching rate of calcium sulfate. The results show that the larger the average diameter of the crystal and the larger the ratio of length to diameter, the higher the leaching rate of rare earth.
