水性滲透型防水劑的應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】:為提高混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性及進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用水性滲透型防水劑,通過對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行滲水性、抗鹽凍剝蝕、耐磨性、抗裂性與碳化試驗(yàn),研究了水性滲透型防水劑的應(yīng)用效果,解釋了其作用機(jī)理。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:水性滲透型防水劑生成的特征凝膠物能夠填充混凝土的空隙與微裂縫,有效地改善混凝土的密實(shí)性,顯著地提高混凝土的耐久性,在潮濕環(huán)境中使用效果更佳。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the durability of concrete structure and further popularize the application of water permeable water repellent, the application effect of water permeable water repellent was studied through the tests of water permeability, salt freeze denudation resistance, wear resistance, crack resistance and carbonation of concrete. The mechanism of action is explained. The experimental results show that the characteristic cement formed by water-based permeable water repellent can fill the void and micro-crack of concrete, improve the compactness of concrete and improve the durability of concrete significantly, and the application effect in wet environment is better than that of water-based permeable water repellent agent.
