【摘要】：對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)用板式精餾塔醇-水體系的實(shí)際操作效果與Aspen Plus軟件模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,既從理論上推算實(shí)驗(yàn)用板式精餾塔的應(yīng)用潛力,也實(shí)現(xiàn)了用實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)化工模擬軟件的實(shí)際驗(yàn)證。首先在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中用內(nèi)徑68 mm、塔板數(shù)為10的篩板精餾塔對(duì)一定濃度的酒精溶液進(jìn)行了連續(xù)精餾,獲得了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù);然后用Aspen Plus軟件對(duì)相同的體系進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,并把實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的進(jìn)出塔組成與Aspen Plus軟件計(jì)算的組成有差別,但偏差處于合理范圍之內(nèi)。精餾段和提餾段的操作線、選用的實(shí)際回流比、實(shí)際的進(jìn)料板位置與Aspen Plus軟件計(jì)算結(jié)果比較符合。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了用Aspen Plus軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算符合實(shí)際,結(jié)果可用。
[Abstract]:The actual operating effect of the alcohol-water system of plate distillation column used in the experiment is compared with the simulation results of Aspen Plus software, and the application potential of the plate distillation column used in the experiment is calculated theoretically. It also realizes the actual verification of chemical engineering simulation software with the experimental data. Firstly, a sieve-plate distillation column with the inner diameter of 68 mm, with 10 trays was used for continuous distillation of alcohol solution with a certain concentration in the laboratory, and the related data were obtained. Then the Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the same system, and the measured data and simulation results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the composition of the tower measured by the experiment is different from that calculated by Aspen Plus software, but the deviation is within a reasonable range. The actual reflux ratio and the position of feed plate are in good agreement with the calculation results of Aspen Plus software for the operating line of the distillation section and the distillation section. The experimental data further verify that the design calculation with Aspen Plus software accords with the reality and the results can be used.
