曲面導(dǎo)向浮閥塔板的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Plate tower is an important equipment in the process of industrial separation, and tray, as the core component of plate tower, plays an important role in it. The development of new tray and the research of tray performance have important practical value. In this paper, a new type of floating valve trays-curved guided floating valve trays is presented, and its hydrodynamics and mass transfer properties are studied. The effects of plate spacing, outlet Weir height, kinetic energy factor of valve hole and liquid flow intensity on plate spacing, outlet Weir height, valve hole kinetic energy factor and liquid flow intensity were measured in rectangular tower by air-water system, including pressure drop of tray, entrainment of entrainment and leakage of liquid. The Murfrey plate efficiency of the tray was measured by air-water-CO2 system in the mass transfer experiment. In addition, the correlation equations of pressure drop, entrainment rate of entrainment and hole velocity of leakage point are obtained, which can be used as reference for industrial application and further study of surface guided floating valve trays, and the correlation between the relevant hydrodynamic performance data and the pressure drop of trays, entrainment rate of entrainment and hole velocity of leakage point are obtained. The experimental results show that the surface guided floating valve tray has the advantages of large operation elasticity, high handling capacity and high plate efficiency, and has excellent hydrodynamic and mass transfer properties. The debutane and deisobutane processes in isooctane production process were simulated by Aspen Plus process simulation software, and the relevant hydraulic data were obtained. The internal parts of the deisobutane tower were designed based on the hydrodynamics data and mass transfer experimental data of the surface guided floating valve tray in this experiment. The design results show that the inner parts of the deisobutane tower designed with the curved guide floating valve tray can ensure the normal operation of the deisobutane tower within the operating elastic range.
