合成氣壓縮機(jī)高負(fù)荷適應(yīng)性技術(shù)研究和改造

【摘要】:中國的工業(yè)發(fā)展越來越快,氨做為工業(yè)的重要原料及氨化飼料,其作用日益凸顯。因此,各個(gè)合成氨企業(yè)都在提高本企業(yè)的合成氨產(chǎn)量。在原有的設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上提高合成氨產(chǎn)量務(wù)必需要使設(shè)備高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行。原有設(shè)備能否適應(yīng)高負(fù)荷的生產(chǎn)需求成為合成氨企業(yè)能否高負(fù)荷生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵因素。 論文主要針對(duì)中國石油化工股份有限公司巴陵分公司化肥事業(yè)部合成氨裝置在高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行過程中,裝置的核心設(shè)備合成氣壓縮機(jī)暴露出的一系列問題,特別是合成氨產(chǎn)能達(dá)到1200噸/天以上時(shí),系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)與運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)存在較大偏差的問題,通過對(duì)企業(yè)合成氣壓縮機(jī)在高負(fù)荷生產(chǎn)時(shí)出現(xiàn)故障的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集、整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查。分析導(dǎo)致設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障的主要原因,針對(duì)各個(gè)原因進(jìn)行深入的分析并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,最后進(jìn)行局部改造和工藝優(yōu)化并予與實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。 本文研究主要內(nèi)容有: (1)詳述巴陵石化企業(yè)合成氨裝置及工藝的改造歷程,概述了合成氨工藝國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況及合成氣壓縮機(jī)的研究現(xiàn)狀。 (2)運(yùn)用因果分析法總結(jié)歸納出合成氣壓縮機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,并將這些問題分為工藝問題,,設(shè)備問題及監(jiān)測(cè)問題三類。 (3)針對(duì)合成氣壓縮機(jī)不能適應(yīng)高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行的問題,調(diào)整工藝路線,對(duì)入口壓力,合成塔以及高中壓透平做了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。 (4)針對(duì)中壓蒸汽平衡,表冷真空系統(tǒng),聯(lián)軸節(jié)斷裂,聯(lián)軸節(jié)失效等合成氣壓縮機(jī)設(shè)備問題進(jìn)行深入的分析研究,并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。 (5)針對(duì)合成氣壓縮機(jī)機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和大機(jī)組綜合控制與聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)系統(tǒng)(ITCC)進(jìn)行升級(jí),并更新診斷系統(tǒng)和調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's industry, ammonia as an important raw material of industry and ammoniation feed, its role is increasingly prominent. Therefore, each synthetic ammonia enterprise is increasing the synthetic ammonia production of this enterprise. On the basis of the original equipment, it is necessary to make the equipment run at high load to increase the production of synthetic ammonia. Whether the original equipment can adapt to the high load production demand becomes the key factor of the ammonia synthesis enterprise's high load production. This paper mainly aims at a series of problems in the process of high load operation of the synthetic ammonia plant in the chemical fertilizer business unit of Baling Branch of China Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd., the core equipment of the plant, the syngas compressor, has exposed a series of problems. Especially when the production capacity of synthetic ammonia is more than 1200 tons / day, there is a big deviation between the design parameters of the system and the running data. Through collecting and sorting out the data of the failure of the synthetic gas compressor in the enterprise when the production load is high, the problem is that there is a big deviation between the system design parameters and operation data. Statistics and site survey. The main causes of equipment failure are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to each reason. Finally, the local modification and process optimization are carried out and verified by experiments. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the revamping process of synthetic ammonia plant and process in Baling Petrochemical Company is described in detail. The development of synthetic ammonia process at home and abroad and the research status of syngas compressor are summarized. (2) the problems in the process of operation of syngas compressor are summarized by causal analysis method, and these problems are divided into three types: process problems, equipment problems and monitoring problems. (3) aiming at the problem that the syngas compressor can not adapt to the high load operation, the process route is adjusted, and the inlet pressure, the synthesis tower and the high and high pressure turbine are adjusted accordingly. (4) the equipment problems of syngas compressor, such as medium pressure steam balance, surface cooling vacuum system, coupling joint fracture, coupling failure and so on, are deeply analyzed and studied, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. (5) to upgrade the condition monitoring system of syngas compressor unit and the integrated control and interlock protection system (ITCC) of large unit, and to update the diagnosis system and speed regulation system.
