合成氣壓縮機(jī)高負(fù)荷適應(yīng)性技術(shù)研究和改造
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's industry, ammonia as an important raw material of industry and ammoniation feed, its role is increasingly prominent. Therefore, each synthetic ammonia enterprise is increasing the synthetic ammonia production of this enterprise. On the basis of the original equipment, it is necessary to make the equipment run at high load to increase the production of synthetic ammonia. Whether the original equipment can adapt to the high load production demand becomes the key factor of the ammonia synthesis enterprise's high load production. This paper mainly aims at a series of problems in the process of high load operation of the synthetic ammonia plant in the chemical fertilizer business unit of Baling Branch of China Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd., the core equipment of the plant, the syngas compressor, has exposed a series of problems. Especially when the production capacity of synthetic ammonia is more than 1200 tons / day, there is a big deviation between the design parameters of the system and the running data. Through collecting and sorting out the data of the failure of the synthetic gas compressor in the enterprise when the production load is high, the problem is that there is a big deviation between the system design parameters and operation data. Statistics and site survey. The main causes of equipment failure are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to each reason. Finally, the local modification and process optimization are carried out and verified by experiments. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the revamping process of synthetic ammonia plant and process in Baling Petrochemical Company is described in detail. The development of synthetic ammonia process at home and abroad and the research status of syngas compressor are summarized. (2) the problems in the process of operation of syngas compressor are summarized by causal analysis method, and these problems are divided into three types: process problems, equipment problems and monitoring problems. (3) aiming at the problem that the syngas compressor can not adapt to the high load operation, the process route is adjusted, and the inlet pressure, the synthesis tower and the high and high pressure turbine are adjusted accordingly. (4) the equipment problems of syngas compressor, such as medium pressure steam balance, surface cooling vacuum system, coupling joint fracture, coupling failure and so on, are deeply analyzed and studied, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. (5) to upgrade the condition monitoring system of syngas compressor unit and the integrated control and interlock protection system (ITCC) of large unit, and to update the diagnosis system and speed regulation system.
