鐵基脫硫渣的再生循環(huán)

【摘要】:采用氧化方式對(duì)鐵基脫硫渣進(jìn)行再生和循環(huán)脫硫.結(jié)果表明,在Na OH濃度50 g/L、溫度50℃的條件下,用1倍理論量的雙氧水氧化脫硫渣,脫硫渣中硫的去除率和再生后的循環(huán)除硫率分別為97.70%和40.90%;在Na OH濃度50 g/L、溫度70℃、通氣速率1.2 L/min和通氣時(shí)間110 min的條件下,用氧氣氧化脫硫渣,硫去除率和循環(huán)除硫率分別為83.71%和52.74%.脫硫渣在堿性體系中被氧化,其中的硫主要以S2O32-形式進(jìn)入液相,固相中的鐵轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镕e OOH.
