混合醇萃取劑從濃縮鹽湖鹵水中萃取提硼的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以2-乙基-1,3-己二醇和異丁醇按照一定體積比組成混合萃取劑、航空煤油為稀釋劑,萃取某硫酸鹽型鹽湖濃縮鹵水中的硼。對(duì)萃取劑濃度、濃縮鹵水pH、萃取相比、萃取溫度、萃取時(shí)間、飽和萃取容量和反萃劑濃度、反萃相比等進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、異丁醇和航空煤油體積比為1∶2∶3,鹵水pH為3,萃取相比為1∶1,溫度為20℃,萃取時(shí)間為5 min;將得到的富硼有機(jī)相用0.25 mol/L氫氧化鈉溶液進(jìn)行反萃,反萃相比為1∶2、溫度為30℃、反萃取時(shí)間為15 min。經(jīng)三級(jí)萃取及反萃,鹵水中硼質(zhì)量濃度降為0.8 mg/L,硼萃取率為99.99%,反萃率為99.78%,硼回收率為99.77%,萃取效果好。
[Abstract]:A mixed extractant composed of 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol and isobutanol in a certain volume ratio and aviation kerosene as diluent was used to extract boron from brine in a sulfate-type salt lake. The extraction agent concentration, pH, extraction ratio of concentrated brine, extraction temperature, extraction time, saturation extraction capacity, stripping agent concentration and stripping ratio were studied experimentally.
