離子液體萃取電鍍廢水中鉛的研究
[Abstract]:Three kinds of ionic liquids [C_nMIM] PF_6 with different cationic side chain lengths were prepared. Using them as extractant and dithizone as chelating agent, an ionic liquid [C_nMIM] PF_6- dithizone extraction system was constructed. The extraction performance of Pb~ (2) in lead-containing wastewater by this extraction system was studied. It was found that the increase of cationic side chain was beneficial to improve the extraction efficiency of Pb~ (2). In addition, the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, pH value and the volume ratio of lead-containing wastewater to ionic liquid on the extraction rate of Pb~ (2) were investigated. The results show that the extraction rate of [C_8MIM] PF_6- dithizone for Pb~ (2) in lead-containing wastewater can reach 93.55.The extraction rate of Pb~ (2) is greatly affected by pH value.
