【摘要】：制備了三種不同陽(yáng)離子側(cè)鏈長(zhǎng)度的離子液體[C_nMIM]PF_6(其中n=4、6、8),以它們?yōu)檩腿?以雙硫腙為螯合劑,構(gòu)建了離子液體[C_nMIM]PF_6-雙硫腙萃取體系。研究了該萃取體系對(duì)含鉛廢水中Pb~(2+)的萃取性能。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),陽(yáng)離子側(cè)鏈增加有利于提高Pb~(2+)的萃取效果。另外,考察了萃取時(shí)間、萃取溫度、pH值、含鉛廢水與離子液體的體積比對(duì)Pb~(2+)萃取率的影響。結(jié)果表明:[C_8MIM]PF_6-雙硫腙萃取體系對(duì)含鉛廢水中Pb~(2+)的萃取率可達(dá)93.5%,并且Pb~(2+)萃取率受pH值影響很大。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of ionic liquids [C_nMIM] PF_6 with different cationic side chain lengths were prepared. Using them as extractant and dithizone as chelating agent, an ionic liquid [C_nMIM] PF_6- dithizone extraction system was constructed. The extraction performance of Pb~ (2) in lead-containing wastewater by this extraction system was studied. It was found that the increase of cationic side chain was beneficial to improve the extraction efficiency of Pb~ (2). In addition, the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, pH value and the volume ratio of lead-containing wastewater to ionic liquid on the extraction rate of Pb~ (2) were investigated. The results show that the extraction rate of [C_8MIM] PF_6- dithizone for Pb~ (2) in lead-containing wastewater can reach 93.55.The extraction rate of Pb~ (2) is greatly affected by pH value.
