燒結溫度對鋇渣陶瓷磚結構和力學性能的影響

【摘要】:以鋇渣和高嶺土為原料,采用固相燒結法制備鋇渣陶瓷磚,通過抗壓強度、吸水率及X射線衍射儀(XRD)分析,研究了燒結溫度對鋇渣陶瓷結構和力學性能的影響。研究表明,隨著燒結溫度升高,鋇長石相逐漸增多,晶粒尺寸增大,晶格應變減小,吸水率降低。此外,1100℃燒結的陶瓷具有最佳力學性能,此溫度下十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)添加量為0.8%的陶瓷樣品與不含SDS樣品相比相結構組成相似,但SDS添加量為0.8%樣品抗壓強度和吸水率表現更優(yōu)。因此,合適的燒結溫度與SDS添加量都對陶瓷材料的相結構組成、晶粒尺寸、晶格應變、抗壓強度和吸水率有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Barium slag ceramic tiles were prepared by solid phase sintering from barium slag and kaolin. The effect of sintering temperature on the structure and mechanical properties of barium slag ceramics was studied by means of compressive strength, water absorption and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the barium feldspar phase increases gradually, the grain size increases, the lattice strain decreases and the water absorption decreases.
